Tuve mi cena de cumpleaños aquí, y disfruté de la comida. Nuestra reserva fue en el lado temprano, alrededor de las 7 pm cuando se abren, y poco después varias otras mesas se sentaron. Cada uno seleccionó un primer y un segundo plato, estaban muy buenos, y las pequeñas sorpresas (no las voy a estropear) fueron una delicia. Luché con qué calificar esto porque el servicio fue rápido y genial durante los primeros 45 minutos más o menos, con fácilmente 4 - 5 empleados que se ocupan de las 7 mesas en la habitación, y luego de repente, y creo que porque los siguientes asientos llegaron a la habitación de al lado ... todo el personal de servicio desapareció. Y me refiero a todos ellos, desaparecidos. La mesa que llegó antes que nosotros pidió su cheque y luego nadie vino durante 20 minutos. Hasta que volvieron a preguntar, a lo que el mesero atontado dijo "sí, estamos ocupados". Durante esos 20 minutos, nuestra mesa, junto con otras 4 personas parecían estar tratando desesperadamente de llamar la atención del personal, pedir más vino, solicitar un cheque, todos al final terminaron levantándose y parados torpemente junto a la puerta de salida esperando nuestros cheques, que solo una persona parecía tener permitido revisar a la gente. No estoy seguro de si simplemente estaban abrumados o con poco personal, pero desafortunadamente, aunque comenzó bien, ese final realmente arruinó la experiencia. Esperemos que no experimente este gran retraso, pero tenga en cuenta si parece que cada vez hay menos personal disponible, querrá levantarse para pagar, o se quedará atrapado esperando bastante tiempo.

We spent a most wonderful 10 nights in a junior suite at the Hotel Ai Reali earlier this month and could not recommend a stay there more highly. Every aspect of the trip, from booking the room through departure, was handled smoothly and efficiently by one of the kindness hotel staffs we've encountered in many years of travel. The service from everyone there-- from housekeeping to front desk to room service to restaurant and bar staff-- was flawless, and the dedication to ensuring a pleasurable stay for all hotel guests is rare and special. Their attention to detail and sensitivity to guest preferences are especially appreciated. We didn't try the spa, but did eat at the hotel's restaurant, which is well worth your time for at least one dinner. The food is superb, but so is the experience of eating there-- try it! Thank you to all at the hotel who made our trip memorable. We can't wait to return.

The hotel has beautifully designed rooms and a wonderful vibe. The staff is very polite and attentive, and the breakfast is both varied and absolutely delicious. A great stay overall!

Very friendly service. When my wife fell ill on the last day, we were allowed to stay in the room longer than the check-out stipulated. Afterwards, a problem-free stay in the library until departure. Very fine dinner in the restaurant.

All’interno dell’hotel, in una location davvero di incanto direttamente sul canale. L’ambiente è carino e accogliente. Personale attento, anche se con qualche piccola sbavatura. Piatti presentati benissimo. Gusti molto ben definiti. Materia prima davvero valida. Attenzione al cliente alta. Mano dello chef davvero pregevole. Un posto davvero dove passare una serata super. Credo gli manchi ancora la stella, ma non vedo null’altro che gli manchi. I prezzi? Non bisogna guardarli. Consigliato!
