A fabulous stay in this ideally located hotel. The staff is as warm, helpful, and professional as ever. The luxurious room was magnificent: marble floors and bathroom, spacious, and well-equipped. A bottle of prosecco awaited us upon arrival, which we enjoyed on our private terrace with pastries from Dal Mas picked up along the way. The breakfast buffet was varied and well-stocked. We were able to take advantage of a direct taxi to Murano, a real plus. Finally, we enjoyed the spa and an unforgettable massage.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Ai Reali! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Rialto and perfectly situated for exploring Venice, with the convenience of being able to stop back at the hotel mid-day between sightseeing. The daily breakfast was delicious, and our room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed. We arrived early in the morning after a long journey and were pleasantly surprised that our room wasn’t ready yet, but the staff kindly offered a space in the lobby to freshen up, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel made our time in Venice so enjoyable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, central, and welcoming place to stay.

From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The staff were truly outstanding and played a huge part in making this such a special and memorable stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location — just a 4-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge — making it the perfect luxury base for exploring Venice. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options and incredibly attentive staff. The suites are stunning — beautifully decorated with ornate ceilings, immaculate housekeeping, and every comfort you could need. I had the most amazing sleep feeling very refreshed the next day. If you called reception for anything, like a steamer or iron, it was brought to your room within minutes. There’s also a beautiful spa, which we didn’t have time to use on this visit — but we’ll definitely be returning and making the most of it next time! The team went above and beyond: they brought a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to my room for my birthday, arranged our water taxis to the restaurant, and even organised drinks for us to enjoy onboard. What really stood out was how the staff took the time to get to know us — chatting from check-in to departure, and offering great local recommendations throughout our stay. The service was exceptional, and the staff truly go out of their way to make your stay feel extra special. We will definitely be returning! Thank you

We had a fabulous stay at Ai Reali di Venezia. The room was incredible, very spacious, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped (air conditioning, shower, bathtub, sofa, kettle, and coffee maker). The service was professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, complete, and varied. In addition, the location is perfect, a stone's throw from the Rialto and less than 10 minutes from St. Marcello Square.

Although I wasn’t a guest at this hotel, I want to leave a review to express my deep appreciation for their outstanding helpfulness. I was staying at Hotel Alla Fava, located across the street, and arrived at 10 PM only to find the door locked and no way to check in. I received no response from the accommodation, and as a solo female traveler at night, this situation was extremely stressful. The staff at this hotel (unfortunately I don’t remember the gentleman’s name at the front desk) took a lot of time to help me. He made several phone calls trying to reach someone on my behalf. When no contact could be made, he actively searched with me for alternative accommodations and called around for availability. What touched me most was that he personally walked me to Hotel Aqua nearby to make sure I arrived safely. That meant a lot to me as a woman alone late at night. On top of that, they kindly offered me water and gave me tips for sightseeing in Venice. I want to sincerely thank the man at the reception who stayed with me and supported me for more than 40 minutes. Thanks to him, my birthday was saved and I’ll always remember this kindness.

We had booked two rooms in the superior category, expecting a comfortable and consistent experience for our family. However, upon arrival, only one of the rooms provided was of the superior category, while the other was located far from the first and clearly of a lower standard. We brought this to the attention of the staff immediately, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, no steps were taken to accommodate us, and we were neither reimbursed nor offered any form of compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience. This experience left us feeling misled and deeply dissatisfied, especially given the reputation and pricing of the hotel. We expected better hospitality and accountability. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and that future guests are provided with the quality and fairness promised at the time of booking.

Tuvimos la degustación del chef de 6 platos con maridajes de vinos aquí. El chef realmente hizo un show. La comida era creativa, muy bien presentado, y delicioso. El restaurante es un entorno romántico y el servicio era excepcional. La comida de 6 platos era en realidad demasiada comida para nosotros. Es difícil imaginar poder comer la versión de 8 platos. Encontramos algunos de los maridajes de vinos para ser decepcionante. Estaban bien, pero claramente baratos y, pensamos, menos graves de lo que deberían haber sido para el precio de maridaje de vinos añadido de 58 euros por persona. También los vertidos fueron muy "ligeros". No incluiríamos sus maridajes de vinos si volvemos.

Qué maravillosa cena tuvimos en el restaurante Alle Corone en el Hotel Ai Reali. Mi risotto fue excelente al igual que los espaguetis de mi esposo con langosta. El vino elegido por el sumiller fue perfecto con nuestra comida. El postre de torta de lava de chocolate era otro cuadrangular. Para nuestra sorpresa, nos dieron un descuento como huéspedes del hotel!
