We spent a most wonderful 10 nights in a junior suite at the Hotel Ai Reali earlier this month and could not recommend a stay there more highly. Every aspect of the trip, from booking the room through departure, was handled smoothly and efficiently by one of the kindness hotel staffs we've encountered in many years of travel. The service from everyone there-- from housekeeping to front desk to room service to restaurant and bar staff-- was flawless, and the dedication to ensuring a pleasurable stay for all hotel guests is rare and special. Their attention to detail and sensitivity to guest preferences are especially appreciated. We didn't try the spa, but did eat at the hotel's restaurant, which is well worth your time for at least one dinner. The food is superb, but so is the experience of eating there-- try it! Thank you to all at the hotel who made our trip memorable. We can't wait to return.

The hotel has beautifully designed rooms and a wonderful vibe. The staff is very polite and attentive, and the breakfast is both varied and absolutely delicious. A great stay overall!

Very friendly service. When my wife fell ill on the last day, we were allowed to stay in the room longer than the check-out stipulated. Afterwards, a problem-free stay in the library until departure. Very fine dinner in the restaurant.

All’interno dell’hotel, in una location davvero di incanto direttamente sul canale. L’ambiente è carino e accogliente. Personale attento, anche se con qualche piccola sbavatura. Piatti presentati benissimo. Gusti molto ben definiti. Materia prima davvero valida. Attenzione al cliente alta. Mano dello chef davvero pregevole. Un posto davvero dove passare una serata super. Credo gli manchi ancora la stella, ma non vedo null’altro che gli manchi. I prezzi? Non bisogna guardarli. Consigliato!

¡Fabuloso! Mi marido y yo celebramos mi cumpleaños en septiembre en Alle Corone. La comida, el servicio y el ambiente eran excepcionales. Elegimos el menú degustación de 6 platos. El menú degustación (6 u 8 platos) es EL camino a seguir. Cada plato es una pequeña obra de arte, y tiene un ritmo hermoso para que siempre tenga tiempo para charlar y beber vino entre platos (ver fotos adjuntas). Las góndolas que pasaban por la ventana me hacían sentir como si estuviera en un set de rodaje. Siempre recordaré esta maravillosa experiencia, y espero celebrar más cumpleaños allí en el futuro!

This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences of my life. As a Hyatt member, I almost canceled after the organization ended its affiliation with Small Luxury Hotels, but I’m so glad I didn’t. This is the quintessential Venetian experience, and you will receive 5-star service, guaranteed. The room is truly exceptional—plush mattress, completely marble en suite, Venetian design elements throughout. The staff is so kind and helpful. We called ahead because we were arriving late, and the reception turned on our a/c to ensure the room was nice and cool when my partner and me arrived. Then, he helped bring our bags directly to our room. Staff offered plenty of insider tips on sightseeing and shared personal anecdotes about Venetian life during conversation. Hotel management also noticed it was my birthday upon check-in and had a bottle of Prosecco waiting with a handwritten note. So kind! The included breakfast is wonderful, and the on-site restaurant is astounding! I will be writing a separate review for this, but please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a scrumptious, Michelin-reviewed meal. Location is perfect. A quick walk to all of the main sights of Venice. Location may be a bit tricky for folks with disabilities, though, as there is one bridge that you must take to get to/from the hotel to the key sights; however, I’m sure the hotel would be happy to offer some advice and tips. Definitely recommend utilizing a private water taxi to/from the airport. If you’re traveling by train, the Rialto vaportetto station is a very quick and easy walk to the hotel, with just one bridge crossing (not bad for Venice!) I was so sad to leave!!!! Stay here, please! It’ll be a highlight of your trip.
