Beautiful hotel right on a narrow canal. Marble every. Room is nice, best shower of the 3 hotels on last trip to Italy. Good hotel for those looking to get away from an American hotel without taking a risk.

I stayed for two nights with my boyfriend during a trip to celebrate my birthday. The experience was nothing short of spectacular. The staff is always attentive and courteous, accommodating every request. Our room was very comfortable, warm, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, and there are three types of pillows to suit every need. We also used the spa, which completes the hotel experience and offers moments of relaxation. The breakfast is truly rich and varied, with everything from sweet to savory, there's something for everyone! I really appreciated the little birthday surprise during breakfast; I wasn't expecting it, and I was pleasantly surprised. I'd love to return in the future!

Absolutely fantastic! The spa is beautiful, clean, calm, and relaxing. The masseuses are incredibly gentle and kind, and thank you to Constance for your friendliness and patience. In short, go without hesitation for a very reasonable price!

This hotel was absolutely superb and I really felt valued as a guest here. I wanted to specifically mention Alessandra for making me feel welcomed during my stay. She went out of her way to show me different parts of the city on the map and explain what each part had to offer. She always greeted me with a warm smile and should be recognized for her dedication towards the customer experience. I would one hundred percent recommended staying here and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A very nice hotel, well located in the center but also slightly removed from the city center, yet still easily accessible. A very warm welcome, with a special mention for Nicola. The breakfast was truly delicious, with a very tempting and generous buffet served by attentive staff. The rooms were very comfortable and tastefully decorated. In short, a great place that I recommend to my best friends.
