Carbonara with galactic black truffle (if you like tasty stuff)!!! and even the tourist menu wasn't bad at all! spending less than €50 (for two) we ate very well and plentifully!

Recommended by a dear friend of mine from Gubbio we went for lunch with his wife and friends on Sunday. Splendid experience. Location with a splendid impact when you enter you are left speechless by its elegance and style....excellent welcome, excellent service. Let's get to the food... top appetizers with high quality ham, then we had cappelletti in broth and ravioli with truffle, both remarkable courses, then sliced and chicory, quality of the meat and cooking at the top. All accompanied by a couple of bottles of very good red wine recommended by the house. To finish, coffee and a round of oban offered by the house. Excellent value for money. I will be back soon for sure

A truly characteristic restaurant to say the least in an old oil mill with ancient walls, really very beautiful with an atmosphere of the past, the food is good 👍 it's the central place then in Gubbio it makes it an unmissable destination in the area. Super recommended 👍🤝👏

We had a great time, 2 of us ate at the tourist dinner for €25 per person, including everything, a varied meal, 2 first courses, 1 second course, tozzetti with vin santo, drinks and coffee included... Super nice place, very kind staff.. .. I absolutely recommend it

Posto davvero carino,ricavato da un vecchio frantoio,ottimo per scappare dalla calura estiva e rimanere in intimità per mangiare in coppia.
Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile.
Il menù molto buono,gli antipasti ottimi e i primi davvero buoni.
Consigliato.
