The place is very nice, under the vaults. The staff is okay, nothing more. The food is good and for totally reasonable prices, which is not the case with other places in Gubbio... So I think it's a good address :)

My husband and I dined here during our stay in Gubbio. The place is welcoming and the staff are friendly. The menu is varied and reasonably priced. We recommend the charcuterie board and the potato gnocchi with truffles and mushrooms! It's best to book because it's always busy!

The pizza and desserts are always very good and reasonably priced. The first and second courses are a little less expensive than in the past, perhaps in an attempt to offer more sophisticated dishes, which isn't always the right choice. The atmosphere is always beautiful and welcoming, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We went to Gubbio for three days to visit the town, and since it was lunchtime, we decided to eat at this restaurant before starting our tour of the city center. We had two Fricco's with crescia (excellent), water, wine, and coffee. The place was cool, the service attentive, and the food fast. Everything was good.

24/05/2025: Renovated farmhouse, immersed in the bucolic atmosphere of the Umbrian countryside. A magical place? Or do Le Fate Ignoranti just want us to believe it (cit.). In any case, Le Fate offers us a cuisine with a strong identity, based on Umbrian tradition but with a personal touch that is there and can be seen. Homemade pasta, use of truffles, quality products. Second courses of meat and fish. Seasonal proposals. Very good desserts. Vegetarian dishes. And a great wine list to complete the work.
