Excellent, generously portioned pizzas. The manager doesn't push you to buy anything, which is truly rare and relaxing. I recommend the pizza fritta, which we don't know much about in France: a real treat! Thanks to the chef for this very enjoyable experience.

We stopped for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. The manager happily invited us to sit down and we realized that the restaurant was actually going to close, the restaurateur didn't tell us and happily took our order anyway. The buffalo pizza was very very good, and the carbonara pasta too! We ate very well, the manager still took the time to make us a coffee at the end. The place is very clean, and no flies. We really appreciated that they welcomed us like this even though it was supposed to close, in the end it had to close 1 hour later. A big thank you for this good time we had. :-)

Excellent light pizzas, possibility to choose the type of dough, wide offer. The beers are also excellent. Fast and courteous service. I returned to Volterra after a few years. Always excellent pizza, aromas and taste, as well as the beer.

09/06/2025: Very good little family restaurant, we ate a panuozzo con parmigiana: excellent! Very warm and friendly welcome
02/05/2025: Pizza with anchovies and courgette flowers with buffalo mozzarella SUPER!! and every 10 points a crescent moon with free Nutella. We are now regular customers, I highly recommend them!
