Delicious pizzas located in the backstreets of Pisa. As a tourist, you pay too much compared to locals. This is not okay.

Good pizza in the neighborhood, crispy crust, and decent toppings. The place seems to be mostly takeout, but you can also sit in the garden.

22/03/2026: I stopped in at this restaurant today for an expresso. It wasn't a bar/cafe so they don't serve drinks without a food order. The gentleman saw the disappointment on my face and said, "ok, I'll make you one". He made this Canadian's day. Such kindness was very much appreciated by this lass!
28/02/2026: February 2026: Best pizza in Volterra. Crowded with locals who grew up with pizza. Interesting menu with many, many different interesting pizzas (none with pinepple and/or french fries). Moderate prices, friendly service.
