Lunch with friends, place chosen based on positive reviews from other users which I confirm. Welcoming environment, impeccable service, very kind and professional dining room staff. All the courses satisfied us fully: tajarin with lamb sauce, plin with truffle sauce and assiette of amazing cheeses. Fair prices. Excellent quality ingredients.

I was at the Aldente restaurant for a business lunch and the experience was really positive. The location is very welcoming, the food is delicious and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

A really welcoming place, super recommended! The staff is really kind and attentive, quality food, the ravioli del plin with black truffle cream, the mushroom and hazelnut strudel and the raw meat with truffle cream are really excellent. All accompanied by a wonderful Dolcetto d'Alba DA MILANO. Now excuse me but I have to order dessert! ;)

Nice and welcoming place with very friendly staff. The tagliolini were excellent, a shame about the prawns which still had their intestines. The nougat semifreddo is good, but the bunet is less so. Overall positive experience.

Service was good and efficient. The pasta was very good (light and not salty, just wish a bit more generous with the ingredients 😁 ) and the tartare with truffle sauce was not bad. Coperto charge felt a little bit high (€3.50)

Good experience in Alba in this restaurant, traditional dishes, really tasty Arnais cheek and rabbit, artisan bread, excellent choice of local wines. Historic Osteria furnishings, truly characteristic location in the centre. The service and support need to be improved a little to modify the dishes on the menu in line with allergies and preferences. All in all a good place to stop!

Un ristorantino piccolino ma molto curato nel centro storico di Alba e dopo una bella passeggiata un buon pranzo ci sta. Buoni piatti tradizionali e anche i vini locali. Personale molto cortese e sollecito. Il conto mi è sembrato un po' alto ma non esageratamente.
