Kind, fast and everything very good

We went for lunch today. The trio of appetizers was good. The Agnolotti del Plin and Tajarin with artichokes and shrimp were excellent. The staff were friendly. The service was attentive. I recommend it.

Very nice place. They don't have many gluten-free options, but they let me eat the bread I brought with me, so it's fair enough! Unfortunately, the braised meat isn't gluten-free, but the appetizers and cheeses were good!

In the heart of Alba, we had lunch in a magical osteria, featuring warm colors, checked tablecloths, and thoughtful furnishings that made the atmosphere welcoming and authentic. Lunch began with two delicious appetizers: a mushroom flan wrapped in a velvety fondue and a cheese (similar to tomino) wrapped in bacon... intense and perfectly balanced flavors. For our first course, the Castelmagno gnocchi won us over with their creaminess, while the tajerin with pumpkin cream and sausage offered an explosion of flavor, enveloping and comforting. All accompanied by excellent sips of Nebbiolo, capable of inebriating and perfectly completing the experience. To finish on a sweet note, a delicious hazelnut cake, simple and irresistible. The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. It's a lunch we'll take home with us and can't wait to repeat.
