Alberto Capo In Chioggia

Dinner for two. Nice location with tables outside overlooking the centre. We had spaghetti with clams and a fried dish. The spaghetti was too greasy and the pasta was slightly ahead of cooking. The frying, however, is very good, light and crunchy. Prices a little high, but you still have to consider the central location.

We loved this retaurant. The location is superb, the food excellent and the service friendly and efficient. This was one of the first restaurants we tried in Chioggia - and there were plenty of choose from. After a couple of not-so-good experiences, we came back to Alberto Capo very evening for the remainder of our stay - only disappointed we had to cancel on the last night - too much packng to do! Alberto himself kept an eye on the floor and had the knack of making every guest seem peronally welcome. We have a wonderful week in Choggia - a gem of a town, full of character, lively but not overun. A place to return to - like this lovely restaurant. Arrivederci!

SERVICE: 2 Die Bedienung war total unhöflich… wir mussten ewig (20min) warten bis sie die Bestellung aufgenommen hat und das erst, als wir sie darauf hingewiesen haben das wir gerne bestellen möchten. Da sie aber an andere Tische immer zügig und sich aus auf die Personen (Italienische Bürger) zugegangen ist, muss ich diese Bewertung über den Service schreiben! Das hat leider den Abend vermiest! Das Essen selbst, top ! VORSPEISE, kleine Variation mit Fisch, Fischpastete sehr lecker 5 HAUPTSPEISE, #1 Fangfisch des Tages vom Grill, schön kross, saftig und dennoch sehr gut durch, 5 #2 Miesmuscheln in Tomatensoße, Geschmack sehr gut , 5 #3 Spaghetti mit Butter für Kind bestellt, kam ohne Butter, 3 #4 Penne mit Ragout, 5 NACHSPEISE, Tiramisu. Creme gut, Kaffeesaft unten nicht so, in Summe 3-4 Espresso mit tollem Geschmack aber wässrig, 4 AMBIENTE, super gut direkt an der Brücke, leider viele Mücken

We were there in the evening and could also get a place. The staff seemed tired and we didn't feel very welcome. The food was brought after more than 30 minutes. Some of it tasted good and some of it tasted mediocre. The prices are rather high (but I have no comparison in Chioggia).

Stunning location and excellent food. All the staff professional and kind. If you are lucky enough to be welcomed by Astrid you will be looked after by a delightful girl who knows how to make an already beautiful evening unique.

Stunning location, fantastic atmosphere, quality food. We were pampered throughout dinner. We will return next time we visit Chioggia.

Two really excellent mixed fried dishes, even the dessert! Fair price for the entire meal. Really welcoming and helpful staff.
