Alberto Capo In Chioggia

I celebrated my birthday. Everyone was extremely satisfied.

Great location in the little square of Chioggia. Alberto Capo is very kind and the dishes are excellent. Even the gluten-free linguine with lupini were amazing! 10!

Very expensive due to the location, and the service wasn't very attentive. You feel like you have to beg for more drinks; the waiter sees you but doesn't respond. The fish was cold; we had to pay the same for branzino as for rombo.

Excellent food, the service is a bit perplexing, staff a bit distracted! The cover charge is too expensive!

Very nice restaurant. We went during the medieval festival, so the atmosphere was really suggestive. I recommend the cicchetti, delicious!

We had dinner on a Saturday night during the Palio.. restaurant with a spectacular view and excellent food.. I thank the very courteous and attentive staff.. we celebrated our anniversary in a special way.. thank you ❤️

Excited to find sarde in saor on the menu, I was very disappointed. The raisins and vinegar were missing, and the onion was not stewed properly. Those who ordered tagliatelle with radicchio found instead tasteless linguine. When we pointed out that white tagliatelle did not exist (we are from Bologna) they told us that these were the ones they were provided with. The 5 people who ate these tagliatelle were absolutely dissatisfied. We had to ask for bread several times because the portions were definitely insufficient for the number of diners. On the other hand, the grilled fish was superb and the mixed salad excellent and plentiful. The bill was definitely high but to be expected given the location

Visiting the city with friends on a rainy day we took advice from a local: wrong advice!!! We didn't like the menu we chose nor paying €4 per person for the service!!! As if we had been to Milano Marittima!!!

Entriamo nel ristorante in due adulti e una bambina di due anni. Il locale è arredato classicamente, l’accoglienza è ottima. Il menù tipicamente di pesce sembra invitante. Al sottoscritto non piace il pesce, ma scegliamo il locale anche perché c’è scritto sul menu “anche chi non gradisce il pesce è nostro ospite”. Quindi ordino l’unico antipasto di terra disponibile in menu, parmigiana dí melanzane. Dopo 5 minuti la cameriera esce e mi dice che è finita… quindi niente antipasto. Uno chef in gamba avrebbe trovato una soluzione, anche solo una bruschetta con le fette di pane e un po’ di pomodoro.. Poi… Ordiniamo fettuccine ma arrivano tagliolini. Il pane è servito nel cartoccio. Alla bimba cade per terra un pezzo di pane mezzo masticato. Prendo il cartoccio vuoto e ci metto dentro il pane raccolto, accartocciandolo. Chiedo quindi un altro po’ di pane, ma la cameriera mi riporta lo stesso carroccio con dentro del pane e anche il pezzo di pane mezzo masticato di prima. Nel primo di penne con crostacei e molluschi (senza gusci) troviamo una lisca (non abbiamo ordinato pesce con lische….). Va beh… delusi, dopo il dolce che non è male, prendiamo il caffè. Io ordino un decaffeinato e la cameriera mi dice “non ce l’abbiamo il decaffeinato”: beh non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere in un ristorante… Rapporto qualità/prezzo, per quello che abbiamo mangiato e pagato, non buona. Peccato.
