The place is welcoming, and you can admire the arches in the dining room. The restrooms are five-star, with beautiful tiles. I won't post a photo, but they're incredibly clean. The staff is friendly and professional, and the food is special. I recommend the Brasato al Barolo. I highly recommend this place.

The food is delicious, the owners are from the Amalfi Coast. I recommend the braised beef in Barolo, which is amazing. The bread and breadsticks are excellent. If you have to use the restrooms, I won't tell you, you have to go. You'll be amazed, speechless... you can tell me later. My rating: 10 stars.

Beautiful place. We were greeted with a smile, courtesy, and availability for every culinary need. The dishes were beautiful to look at and very good to the palate. I will definitely return.

The restaurant is nice, but the food wasn't up to par. We had the octopus, which was a little cold and not very tender; the lemon risotto, however, was good.

The welcome, the service and the food were all fantastic. I will come back and bring friends, family and anyone else who enjoys fine hospitality. A wonderful, wonderful restaurant.

Culinary brilliance. An explosion of flavors, a surprising wine cellar, and impeccable service. We loved it. The truffle-infused Moray eggs are served in giant eggs. It's fantastic. A huge congratulations to the entire team.

One of the best meals I've had. The octopus was incredible. I ended up wiping the plate with the homemade bread they served me to eat all of the great sauce. The hazelnut cake was great as well. Nice and moist, with a tasty vanilla sauce on top. The waiter knew English well enough, and was very friendly.

11/03/2026: Excellent restaurant, always a guarantee. Today, seared calamari with asparagus and calamarata allo scoglio. A true delight. This is a must-try when I come to Saluzzo.
