You can only appreciate places like this. The food is of remarkable quality, in all courses the level remained very high. We were many and "noisy" but both the waiters and the owner were kind and welcoming.

The restaurant is located in the center of Riva del Garda; the closest car park is the one near the Roman Baths. The place is welcoming and intimate, with truly "thoughtful" table service. The menu offers interesting dishes, excellent both for quality and creativity. Excellent quality and price match.

Ristorante davvero interessante che offre varietà nei piatti ed eccellenza nelle materie prime. Il servizio ai tavoli è davvero interessato e sollecito. Il menù è vario, con la giusta creatività. Eccellente corrispondenza qualità prezzo. Da ricordare : il parcheggio più vicino è quello delle antiche terme romane.

Always a safety! We have been returning to this quiet and elegant place for years and have never been disappointed. The menu changes little over time, but the choice is varied for both meat and fish. The dishes are always balanced and prepared, the service attentive and precise. Absolutely recommended.

How could I not give 5 stars to those who welcome the customer, pamper him and make him feel important? The place is sumptuous, nothing is left to chance. Bread-butter- entrée (heavenly) and tenderine cake given away at the end of the dinner! Cuisine, refined - refined and well studied - I pointed out that a dish wasn't too much to my liking not because it wasn't good but because in my opinion the sauce covered the very respectable raw material and to my surprise at the final bill I received a small discount which wasn't due at all. Indeed, they are still small gestures that make the difference. Just like bringing more bread without having to ask, filling the glass at the right time and even asking if I wanted a little more. Keep it up. Because you are rare! Satisfied customer. (I will return again).

Cena ultimo dell’anno, lo chef ha superato se stesso! Tutto superlativo. Ristorante elegante e raffinato, servizio impeccabile, personale professionale e molto accogliente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

31/03/2025: Ho scelto di pranzare presso questo ristorante 1 stelle Michelin dopo aver visto il video di due food blogger (where the foodies go). Pranzo in location stupenda appena fuori il centro di Moena sul pendio della montagna con una vista spettacolare sulle Dolomiti. Il ristorante ha sale intere più rustiche poiché era una malga dell’inizio del secolo scorso e la veranda luminosa e moderna (dove abbiamo pranzato noi). Il personale giovane, preparato e molto attento è sicuramente un plus. Abbiamo speso in tutto 191€ mangiando alla carta. Era possibile fare menù degustazione ma io non mangio carne. Le proposte vegetariane e di pesce sono deliziose. Come un ogni stellato che si rispetti ci hanno accolto con gli stuzzichini di benvenuto (preparati ad hoc in base ai nostri gusti alimentari), pre antipasto, e abbiamo mangiato due antipasti (cappasanta e insalata mista), primo fuori menù del giorno (canederli agli asparagi e crema di puzzone), baccalà in due cotture, pre dolce, crema bruciata ai frutti di bosco e il mio dessert non dolce (il giardino Indiano), piccola pasticceria, acqua e due calici di Nusstraminer. Super super super consigliato per un’esperienza da ricordare.
13/03/2025: Unfortunately, words would not adequately convey the experience at Malga Panna... Excellent raw materials used with care and decorum, enhancing the flavor down to the last bite. The staff are attentive, kind and friendly. Despite having a Michelin star, the prices are very affordable, taking into account that they OFFER VERY GOOD welcomes and final farewells. I absolutely recommend going and trying it.

29/03/2025: A place not to be missed. A very precise and conscious idea of ​​catering, based on a great knowledge of the ingredients (obviously local and of excellence), of their seasonality and of the importance of bringing tradition to the table in a refined and non-trivial way. There are many slow food products on the menu. Great knowledge in the kitchen, the dishes are all meticulously prepared, well designed and even better made. The service is courteous, attentive, friendly but never excessive. The explanations on dishes and ingredients are never lacking and are always comprehensive and interesting. Excellent winery, at various prices. The possibility of buying honey, cheeses and other products from the farm is the icing on the cake. Prices not exactly popular, but absolutely in line with the quality and depth of the offer.
10/03/2025: 4 of us had lunch with Alessandro and Aurora in a bucolic setting. They, two exceptional hosts who interpret the spirit of Slow Food in the most original way, welcome you like one of the family. The food is nothing short of delicious: real products processed with skill and elegance typical of those who love nature. Excellent choice of wines. The coffee and spirits menu is noteworthy. Well done, we can't wait to return.
