Raul and his team are simply fantastic. Super friendly and always in a good mood, no matter how busy the restaurant is. The pizzeria is always very busy, yet thanks to the team's excellent organization, there's hardly any waiting time. The price-performance ratio is fantastic! We visit Tignale several times a year, and Pizzeria Al Torchio is by far the best pizzeria in the area. Our entire family, including our grandson Luca, are now regulars there when they visit Tignale. After a Vespa ride through the Forra, we decided to try this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the traditional dishes were plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely be back.

We spent a week in Tignale and ate at this restaurant several times, or ordered takeout. It was always delicious. The prices are also very good and fair. The wait wasn't long and was always worth it. For us, it's the best restaurant in the area.
