Excellent experience. We ate for lunch. A tasting menu based on tuna presented in all its variations, two first courses and a very delicate and particular tuna tripe. Excellent service and very good wine list. Excellent value for money.

It's my favorite restaurant in Carloforte. Not only for the goodness of the dishes, faithful to the tradition of the island, but also and above all for the kindness of the owner and the staff. It's simply a place where you feel good.

In gita a Carloforte prenotiamo il ristorante su consiglio di un negoziante (grazie per la segnalazione). Il ristorante è in una vietta del centro con le terrazze sopra i tetti, molto caratteristico e vivace. Grande qualità e competenza. Ottima esperienza

Historic place in the center of Carloforte, you can breathe tradition and love for local cuisine. Polite, prepared and friendly staff. Excellent dishes, in particular the typical broad bean cream and the casulli with pesto and tuna. The service was quick even though the room was full. Advised!

Ambiente. In una vietta del centro storico, un po' distante dall'itinerario "per turisti", si ha modo di pranzare su una bella e fresca terrazza con vista sui tetti di Carloforte. Menu'. Non potevano mancare i gnocchetti alla carlofortina; Tagliatelle al ragu' di mare; Ventresca di tonno scottata. Piatti all'apparenza semplici, ma che fanno sentire tutto il sapore del mare ed in particolare del tonno. Servizio. Cortese e corretto. Prezzo. 2 primi, 1 secondo, 1 dolce, vino, acqua e caffè. € 96,00 . Adeguato alla tipologia di ristorante e al menù proposto.

5 stars for a restaurant that they recommended to us and it did not disappoint us. Exquisite mixed tuna appetizers (to be eaten in the order recommended by the waiter, from the softest to the strongest flavours). Excellent belly, but the fillet really tasty. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable. When we return to Carloforte it will be an unmissable stop!

24/01/2025: There were 6 of us (including a chef) and we left the restaurant speechless. Impeccable service, perfect quality of ingredients and 0 km tuna. All at a more than fair price. I can't wait to return to Carloforte just to stay there again. If only all the restaurants in Sardinia worked with their passion and honesty…
21/12/2024: Of its kind, the best restaurant in Carloforte. Historic atmosphere with a touch of modernity, in fact the venue is nestled between the walls of the CineTeatro Cavallera. Very high level menu, appetizers including raw tuna and above all, the first courses (seafood carbonara and seafood spaghetti) of unparalleled quality, creaminess and taste. Excellent catch of the day. The desserts are also superlative, in particular their one-of-a-kind pardula flan and the chocolate sphere. But the real praise for this place goes to their dining room staff. One of the best reception services ever found. Kind, courteous, professional, prepared and truly tireless.

04/01/2025: We stopped for lunch yesterday as we were passing through. 5 stars for the service I give to Mr. Antonio who, despite being alone in the restaurant, ran tirelessly to serve all the tables. We had to wait a bit but the pizza was really good. The dough is very light. He made heart-shaped pizza for me and my aunt 😅😜.
06/11/2024: Thank you antonio for the great service and delicious pizza! Even if he doesn’t speak a lot of english it was easy to communicate in the friendliest way.
