Quality, elegance, and kindness. Three characteristics that are hard to find in many restaurants, but not at Tartufo. Indescribable quality, kind, smiling, and welcoming staff. The place is meticulously cared for, and the customer service is phenomenal. I've been a customer for a while now, but I'll never stop recommending it. ❤️

We had a fabulous dinner. The service was superb, the waiters fluent in English and inviting. The restaurant specializes in dishes with truffles (mainly black truffles, but also some white truffles), and they were delicious. The desserts especially were fabulous. We had the Dolcezza "al Tartufo" with the truffle which was unique and incredibly tasty, and the Tiramisu which was geniously made and presented!

Truly excellent dinner for a black truffle lover. The tagliatellino is superb and the truffle caramel is amazing. My partner and I ordered the "Classic" and were extremely happy. The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff professional and friendly: everything was top notch!

We went to Al Tartufo restaurant on Saturday evening, January 3rd. Despite only booking a few hours in advance, they gave us availability, as we were flexible with our time. Other than that, what can I say, everything was EXCELLENT. For starters, we ordered scrambled eggs with truffles and potato millefeuille with bacon and truffle, while for main courses, tagliolini with white truffle and fondue with diced beef and black truffle. Everything was wonderful, enhanced by excellent service: the staff is exquisite, as is the food, and gave us detailed explanations of all the dishes, the truffle we chose, the wine, and offered us two delicious local liqueurs at the end. Definitely worth a try.

What can I say! The food was good, but ruined by the service. When we arrived at the reservation time, they sat us down. We asked one of the three waiters for water, but it wasn't brought. Subsequently, four more people arrived, occupying two tables. One of the two waiters, in charge of taking orders, presented truffles to the other two tables, ignoring us. We said we were ready to order, and at that point, they presented us with truffles as well. We pointed out that they hadn't served in the order in which they arrived, and the waiter apologized. The most annoying thing was that despite his apologies, he still went to take the orders from the other tables first, and as a result, we were served last. I'm not giving a star because the cashier, having explained what had happened, expressed regret and gave us a small discount.

14/03/2026: A top-quality restaurant, in a setting that has successfully revitalized a splendid area hit by the 2016 earthquake. Excellent menu options, including the signature black truffle! Excellent quality meats, perfectly cooked. Good dessert options. Extensive wine list.
09/03/2026: My partner and I went to "Granaro del Monte" in Norcia to enjoy a Wonderbox—a gift voucher that included a tasting of local cured meats, which were simply exquisite. However, we wanted to complement this tasting with two courses and a side dish: a first course, a second course, and a portion of baked potatoes. For my first course, I chose tagliolini with black truffle, which were wonderful; my partner had a delicious meat-based second course. We thought the price of the tagliolini with truffle was a bit too expensive: €28.00 was more than the value of the tasting for two people (€24.90 for two glasses of wine and a platter of 4-5 types of local cured meats plus plain bread), and it was undoubtedly the most expensive first course I've ever eaten in my life! It was a unique experience, but I wouldn't order a black truffle first course in the future!
