I went to this restaurant to taste truffle-based dishes and the experience was very positive. Despite the somewhat long wait to order, the staff proved attentive and helpful, managing to fully satisfy us. We tried a first course, a second course and a dessert, all with different varieties of truffle, both black and white: intense flavours, well balanced and perfectly enhanced. Honest account. An excellent choice for those who love truffles and are looking for refined cuisine in a pleasant environment.

If you love truffles, this place is a must! We tried bruschetta with black truffle as an appetizer, two first courses with white truffle (paccheri and tagliolini), a second course with fondue and meat and white truffle.
To finish it all off, a nice dessert... with truffles too 😂 !
The cost is a little above average, around €60 each, especially considering the quantity of portions, but the quality of the raw materials and the overall experience more than pay off. Fast and friendly service, without long waits, and the central location is perfect if you want to take a walk before or after your meal.

Se vi trovate a Perugia e avete voglia di immergervi nel mondo del tartufo questo è il ristorante giusto. Abbiamo cenato qui ieri sera, tutto è studiato nei minimi dettagli. Personale preparatissimo e molto cortese, ti spiegano ogni portata messa in tavola e la qualità è altissima!
Quando torneremo a Perugia, sarà la prima tappa!!
