I was in this wonderful restaurant a few days ago. Excellent food, very high quality, excellent raw materials. A note of thanks to the staff, all professional and kind. Tried duebmenu tasting, with a specific request for a substitution for a red meat cheerfulness problem and they were helpful and nice in giving us advice. Not for every day, but highly recommended.

Fantastic place! The main theme of the menu are truffles, which are not spared here. Scrambled eggs, Pasta and risotto with truffles are delicious, and the desserts are amazing. Great wine, olive oil, bread... Very competent and friendly staff.
It may not be cheap, but it is a truffle event that will be remembered for years.

Unique experience, we returned to this restaurant after two years and the wonderful memory was confirmed by the reality of these wonders, a taste that totally envelops the palate and all the senses. The bruschetta which wonderfully kicks off the experience is missing from the photo. If we ever return to Perugia we will not fail to return again. highly recommended

At lunch with a colleague and my girlfriend we tried various dishes, with the addition of the prized black truffle. In particular we ordered bruschetta with homemade sauce, paccheri alla norcina, sliced beef with lard and honey, even desserts such as Grana Padano mousse (really sweet) and panna cotta with caramel were served with grated truffle on top. Unique experience for the palate. The waiters are very trained and professional, ready to inform and advise you.

January is the ideal period for the Umbrian black truffle and this restaurant knows how to enhance it in every dish: melted tomino, tagliolino, beef cheek and, finally and above all, parmesan mousse... all strictly with the prized black truffle. The Sagrantino di Montefalco from Cantina Antonelli (excellent value for money) made a business dinner (but it would have been in the company of anyone) something memorable. All for (only) €70 per head

Ambiente piacevole, personale molto attento, preparato e gentile. I piatti, tutti esclusivamente a base di ottimo tartufo, sono stati davvero molto buoni e soprattutto abbondanti nelle porzioni. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere.
