The food at Sampei's is always good. It's a shame the business will soon close due to the owners' retirement after 60 years in the restaurant business.

Well... From the outside I wouldn't have given it a cent... Inside... the place is large and clean. They also have a well-equipped children's area. The dishes are good. Nothing to say... A place to recommend... Friendly and helpful owners.

21/02/2026: Old-fashioned trattoria, the food is good, the staff is kind and hospitable, but you are guaranteed to leave full.
08/02/2026: Tagliatelle with hare stew. The stew was very good, but unfortunately the tagliatelle were very wide and short instead of long and narrow. They hadn't even been stirred during cooking because some were folded and stuck together. The grilled lamb was buino and the nougat parfait was delicious.
