A real old-fashioned restaurant, with fast but never rude service, a lot of confusion and a fantastic (FANTASTIC) pasta all'assassina. We liked the other dishes less but it's worth going for the assassina and the ambience. We left happy

It was a Sunday and we didn’t make a reservation. The restaurant was filled but they had some tables outside and we happily sat there. Staff was polite and helpful even though my husband speaks some Italian they also spoke English to me. I ordered the famous spaghetti Assassina and it didn’t disappoint. Make reservations and enjoy the house wine!

Ok, I really enjoyed my meal here. I ordered spaghetti all’assassina for primi and it was delicious! We’ve tried 2 other all’assassina’s in Bari and Al Sorso Preforito was our favourite. Excellent service. Given a chance to come back to Bari, I would come here again.

We ate spaghetti all'assassina, delicious! Congratulations to the creator of this dish. The orecchiette with turnip tops are good. Normal starters. But again, wonderful spaghetti.

Ristorante storico con ambiente anni 80-90, fermo nel tempo; il bello è che anche il cibo ha conservato la qualità di quel periodo. Cucina tipica pugliese e menu vario con una buona scelta. Rapporto qualità prezzo veramente ottimo. Materie prime ben trattate. Personale gentile e cordiale. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

02/04/2025: Very quiet and intimate environment. Small but well structured place Extremely friendly staff, Mrs. Angela is truly exquisite! She was also very attentive when I told her that there was a person who had some mobility difficulties, so she was attentive in meeting our needs. I was there for the first time two weeks ago... all the diners were happy and satisfied! Excellent food and right portions! Cuisine in balance between tradition and refinement to satisfy all palates. In short, I will happily return Average prices but still compensated by good quality
02/04/2025: Ambiente molto tranquillo ed intimo. Locale piccolino ma ben strutturato Personale estremamente cordiale, la signora Angela è davvero squisita! É stata umamente anche molto attenta quando le ho detto che c'era una persona che aveva qualche difficoltà motoria, quindi si é dimostrata attenta nel venire incontro alle nostre necessità. Ci sono stata la prima volta due settimane fa...commensali tutti contenti e soddisfatti! Cibo ottimo e porzioni giuste! Cucina in equilibrio tra tradizione e ricercatezza per accontentare tutti i palati. Insomma ci tornerò volentieri Prezzi nella media ma compensati comunque dalla buona qualità
