The orecchiette with turnip tops are good.
Normal starters.
But again, wonderful spaghetti.

Historic restaurant with an 80s-90s atmosphere, frozen in time; the great thing is that even the food has retained the quality of that period. Typical Apulian cuisine and varied menu with a good choice. Really excellent value for money. Well treated raw materials. Polite and friendly staff. I would definitely go back.

I have been for lunch numerous times in the past and I must say it was a point of reference for lunch; but yesterday at lunch I was already very disappointed by the appetizers such as the fried artichokes which tasted like roasted meat, most likely heated on a ready-to-heat-everything griddle. As for the knots and burrata, nothing special, no taste, no flavor, just cold; to finish we were offered the main dish which only had the strong chilli pepper which they said was very popular, it was a dish of "spaghetti all'assassina", in short it was spaghetti with tomato sauce with plenty of chilli pepper and I don't know what else, burnt in a pan, the recipe is made like this. The taste was intense because it was burnt, with that underlying smell of roasted meat; nothing special as a dish. For the second course, a mixed fish omelette which was also nothing special, average. A small bottle of water and a half liter of primitive wine, a bitter. All 90.00. We left stunned knowing what the Deaf's favorite was.

One of the historic restaurants in Bari that offers all traditional Apulian dishes. For those who love traditional cuisine not revisited this is the right place. The service was excellent, the waiter who served us was very nice but professional at the same time. Good quality of raw materials.
