A truly cozy restaurant!! Chef Erich is a top-notch cook, and as a result, there's hardly anything that doesn't deserve 5 stars! The restaurant itself perfectly complements the experience! Simply superb! We'll be back again and again! The food? Absolutely fantastic, and your taste buds will want more!

We were absolutely delighted with Al Porton Restaurant! The place has such a cozy, family-like atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. A confirmation. My wife and I have dined at Porton in Trieste several times. The welcome has always been warm, the service prompt, and the food—fish-based dishes—always good. The quality/price ratio is favorable. In short: you eat well and pay a fair price.

04/04/2026: Every time I come back, I feel at home. Everything is excellent. I recommend the Angelina appetizer and the mixed fried fish.
25/03/2026: Recommended by a friend, we decided to treat ourselves to a seafood dinner. The host suggested the house antipasto, a platter of various cooked fish and shellfish. Sublime. As spaghetti with clams lovers, we shared this first course, and it was a great choice. Remarkable value for money.

23/02/2026: Le Barettine... what can I say... if I don't go there at least twice a year I'll feel bad... delicious food and a little different... see the fried sea bass!!!! Extensive wine list with very fair markups! Thanks Chef!
22/02/2026: A small, charming family-run establishment. A few tables, a pleasant, cozy retro interior. The menu is small, mostly seafood.
