What can I say... It's dangerous: it's addictive! I'm an elderly traveler from Bologna with some restaurant experience... Well, I accidentally discovered this little gem... Simple cuisine with top-quality ingredients, you really taste the sea in every dish. It now forces me to detour when I pass through Friuli Venezia Giulia those three or four times a year.

Exceptional food and service! Sensational seafood! The octopus was incredibly soft and tender! We were thrilled!

Friday lunchtime, apart from us, there were only Italians, who were simply having lunch. One table remained free. When ordering the fish platter for two, we were immediately informed that it would take half an hour. Everything was freshly prepared and a feast for the eyes. A fish platter for two cost €54, absolutely reasonable and sufficient. €16 for three octopus arms with a small side dish. Fish and seafood come at a price, I don't quite understand the other reviews. For the fish platter, a side table was traditionally brought out, and they asked if they wanted the fish cut up in front of us. Almost all the other guests took advantage of this, and we did it ourselves. The picture shows about a third of the octopus portion 🐙

Business dinner at this restaurant near the Monfalcone marina. The restaurant is casual, simple, yet welcoming and well-appointed. Service is fairly quick, and the staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. The menu is displayed on a blackboard and explained once you're seated. It's varied and features typical seafood dishes. The dishes are excellent, carefully prepared, and plentiful. The seafood is fresh and of excellent quality. The wine and grappa cellar is also excellent. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. Prices are average and consistent with the menu. Highly recommended.

Noi a Cormons i nostri amici a Trieste . Decidiamo di trovarci a cena a mezza strada a Monfalcone e tiriamo i dadi scegliendo un ristorante che nessuno conosceva. Sorpresa in una zona un po’ improbabile troviamo un piccolo ristorante gestito con competenza e simpatia ! Stefano in cucina e Margherita la moglie in sala . Partiamo da un insalata di mare così fresca e sapida che non mi capitava da anni idem per i molluschi gratinati! I primi speciali tagliolini al Granporro e gli spaghetti al nero con le seppie .Sul pesce non si scherza spigole rombi ombrine e molto altro tutto pescato nel golfo. Buoni anche i dolci . Servizio attento e prezzi più che ragionevoli. Lo consiglio senza remore e considerato il rapporto qualità e prezzo gli assegno senza esitazione un punteggio molto alto. All’attivo anche il parcheggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Non fatevi ingannare dal luogo in cui si trova il ristorante: dentro c'è un altro mondo. Si è accolti cortesemente e si mangia molto bene: ottima la materia prima e il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Menù esclusivamente a base di pesce. Ai bambini vengono anche dati dei pennarelli: alla fine scopri anche un'artista a tavola!
