So guys, today after the usual Friday padel game we are at Dedo'S. A little hidden place but with excellent reviews, so you know there's no joke here. As soon as you enter, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the place is well-kept, but without too many frills. It's not the classic Instagram place, better! I like it that way, because where it counts is on the plate! It's time to order, and I gave the pizza chef carte blanche. I love these things: when you don't know what's coming and you rely on the master. And here the master struck hard. As soon as the pizza arrived, my eyes lit up. And look, I've seen pizzas, but this one immediately made a great impression on me. The dough: it's a cloud! Perfect alveolation, those beautiful air holes that make you understand that the pizza chef knows exactly what he is doing. Very light, you almost forget to eat the crust, which is usually the part that many skip. Here you devour it with pleasure. Soft inside, crunchy outside, the bomb! Now, the seasoning, guys, I swear that at the first bite I made that 'What am I eating?!' face. It's pure poetry. It surprised me because it is not the usual pizza, on the contrary, it is a very creative pizza, but made with obsessive attention to the balance of flavours. Nothing towers over anything, and in the end each bite leaves you wanting the next. And this is the secret of pizzas that really impress you: you never get tired of them. The service? Top. The kind, professional but above all de core :) owner came to explain their creation to me, which I always appreciate. You can see that there is passion behind every pizza that comes out of the oven. And the prices, given the quality, are absolutely fair. So guys, if you're around, I tell you: you MUST come here. Leave carte blanche to the pizza chef, trust me. I leave this pizzeria not only satisfied, but really happy. This is one of those pizzas that make you fall in love with pizza! Congratulations indeed!

The pizza is good, nothing special but still good, fair price (7-10€ per pizza), I order takeaway every week, the service is punctual and the staff is friendly and professional
