Al Paradise in Palese is a restaurant that focuses on substance, with a simple yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The cuisine is tasty and well-prepared, with dishes that showcase high-quality ingredients. My red tuna was a little less seared than usual; I would have liked it more cooked, but that's just my personal preference. The quality/price ratio is fair, making for a balanced experience.
The staff is a real strength: helpful, empathetic, and always available. The service is quick and well-organized, a detail that makes everything even more enjoyable.
A must-have for those seeking good food and a warm welcome. With a few more touches in the overall service, it could easily earn a fifth star.

Very warm welcome. Wide selection of dishes. The ones we chose were generous and excellent! As was the wine. Deliciously traditional restaurant!

Yes, I would eat there again. The tuna steak and pizza were good.
The staff were a bit blasé, perhaps because we didn't order wine or three courses. It was the evening of our arrival in Puglia, and we wanted to eat quickly and go to bed.
I might notice this more, because otherwise, we had super-friendly service for the last 10 days.

We return every year and it never disappoints: the fish is incredibly fresh and varied. Traditional but also innovative first courses are always excellent. Excellent service and helpful waiters. The only downside is that the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible due to three steps at the entrance, which is a real shame. Excellent value for money.

Great place, top-notch food, Roberto, our waiter, made our evening special.
Very reasonable prices.
It's very crowded on weekends, as it feels like half the neighborhood eats there.
You should know in advance that it's busy then, and not like usual, quiet and really pleasant.

Posto da 5 stelle , non ha mai perso di qualità fin da quando ha aperto , anzi...sono tornato dopo qualche anno e ho rivisto quasi lo stesso personale di sala
Non c'è più il buffet degli antipasti probabilmente posto COVID , ma meglio così a livello igienico e di ammassamento
La qualità del cibo indiscutibile , crudo di mare livello lusso , antipasti della casa di mare e non rinnovati , primi piatti sempre abbondanti , ho preso le trofie con pesto di pistacchi , le consiglio vivamente, la mia compagna ha preso una splendida grigliata di pesce fresco
Alla fine il cameriere per come ti tratta merita sempre la mancia

Ottimo posto ,vicino al mare . Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. dagli antipasti ,primi piatti e pizze per finire con i dolci. Servizio eccellente. Insomma alla fine eravamo tutti soddisfatti . Il titolare Gino ci ha consigliato molto bene . Ci ritorneremo volentieri. Grazie allo staff.
