One of my favorite places in Venice (where I travel often for work), super fresh fish and authentic recipes, with Gigi, the host, being unparalleled in his kindness. A place that resists the touristic sprawl of the city! I'm so in love with it that we even celebrated my husband's birthday there.

An unforgettable gastronomic experience. Each dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail, with refined flavors and the highest-quality ingredients. Disclaimer: I had quite high expectations, given that I often went to Mascaron. The service and atmosphere were spot on: the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the setting was refined. The food was objectively very good, especially the spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood). The prices left me a little disappointed compared to those at Osteria Mascaron. It's a shame that a historic venue, frequented by Venetians, is now at the level of a tourist spot. Covid and the general price hike in Venice certainly have something to do with it.

03/11/2025: Nice friendly place, easy to order and has some good options for breakfasts. We didn't try it at any other time of day. it is quite expensive but is also in a busy area near San Marco so maybe this makes sense.
