Top-tier food, authentic atmosphere. If you are looking for a delicious, traditional meal, this is the place. While the decor is simple and traditional, the flavors are outstanding. Friendly service, but keep in mind that the staff doesn't speak English (Italian only).

This place has been my go-to pizza spot in Palmanova for a long time now. I've been coming here with my family for years. And you know what? It's never disappointed me, not even once. The dough remains marvelous: that long leavening that makes all the difference, crispy yet soft, perfect air pockets, incredibly easy to digest even if you eat two (yes, it happens...). The classic Marinara or Margherita are always top-notch here, but the seasonal and specialty pizzas with refined ingredients are something else: try the marinara with arugula and buffalo mozzarella, it's a treat every time. The staff is super polite; it's that human warmth that makes you feel at home, not just a customer. The atmosphere is always welcoming and clean. And the prices? They've remained fair despite everything, very high quality for what you pay. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for the unforgettable experience. This historic restaurant has been open for 61 years in the town of Palmanova, just 550 meters from the city's main gate. A wide selection of pizzas and gluten-free options are available. Friendly staff, a great experience.

Excellent pizza but you have to eat with a timer because there are 2 booking sessions... And so at a certain point they kindly ask you to make room for others 😅🤦

Really friendly hosts with great food and parking nearby. Just like at home and the owner even saw us off and shook our hands.
