I ate three truly excellent dishes. The gnocchi with San Daniele prosciutto were soft, coated in a delicate cream that enhanced the aroma of the prosciutto without overpowering it: a seemingly simple dish, executed with great care. The frico was a surprise: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of potatoes and cheese, truly one of the best I've ever tasted. The caponata was spectacular, rich, balanced, and with a precise sweet and sour flavor that showcased every ingredient. A cuisine that combines tradition and technique, leaving you wanting more.

Very delicious food, fast and friendly service. Thank you very much. We recommend it to everyone, even with children. We misunderstood the size of the carraffe beer a little, but it wasn't a big problem. 😂😂😂

We went to this restaurant for lunch and were intrigued by this paccheri, a welcome dish from the South, with an appetizer... the service was quick for what we ordered, but when the paccheri arrived, it looked like simple tomato pasta without any seafood.
I don't recommend this paccheri.

We had lunch at this very central restaurant in Palmanova. We had a great time. The group consisted of about sixty people, but the service and timing weren't affected in the slightest. The quality of the dishes = excellent.
The quality/price ratio = unbeatable.

I really wanted to leave a review because I hadn't been here in a few years, and I had a great time, just like every other time!
The pizza is truly delicious...crispy and flavorful! We then had the Gorizia rose pizza with pork cracklings, and that was also very good.
The waitresses are always smiling, kind, and helpful! A place where you feel at home, and it's always a pleasure to come and eat here.
