29/10/2025: This restaurant has changed name to Fish and More. Half the space is now a different restaurant called Don Vince. So don't look for the name Il Maggese.
26/08/2025: We visited this restaurant on the 8th of August 2025, but I've only just been able to post a review. The food we had was brilliant, and I had to share my experience. My boyfriend chose spaghetti with tomatoes, prawns, burrata cheese, and pistachios, which was a rather interesting combination, something none of us had tried before in a savory dish. As for myself, I had gnocchi with a creamy pumpkin sauce, which was simple, but oh so good. And I would highly recommend these dishes to anyone who has never tried anything like it. We paired them with sparkling water and lemon, which was perfect for a hot summer day.
