A surprise, a timeless place from different points of view. A restaurant that makes you feel at home. The style is that of high-level restaurants, but not designer ones, the full ones, full of silverware and various accessories. Tables few and far between. A menu that is not vast, but which changes almost every day, a surprising situation. It ranges from super-selected seafood dishes to more traditional land dishes. I opted for an ox tartare, seasoned in the most traditional way, excellent quality of meat and excellent taste on the palate. A plate of spaghetti with cold tomato sauce, a surprise of flavors which, thanks to the skilful use of herbs, made every bite super tasty. A simply complex dish. A limited wine list, which also varies depending on the menu, but... you can go to the cellar and choose from a few hundred labels, some of the highest quality. The restaurant has two cellars where you can also find crazy spirits. The owner Agostino, an incredible character, the beating soul of the restaurant. It is not a restaurant for every day and for everyone, because it has different dynamics, which perhaps have been a little lost in modern catering, but which make you feel good.
