What a wonderful place! Enjoying the beautiful weather as we walked in Salò in November we were ready to eat and Cantinone was the perfect place. The space inside was warm and welcoming as was the entire staff. The antipasto of local fish was excellent as was the Gnocchi and Mazzo di olio. If you are in the area I highly recommend Cantinone.

A nice family restaurant in the town of Salò. The best of all that we visited during our stay. Excellent food, very tasty local wine and the indispensable Italian "dolce" at the end are served by a nice and very kind staff.
If you eat in Salò, then definitely in Cantino!

The restaurant is a bit far from the lake shore, but that adds to its charm. The atmosphere is very atmospheric, and the Italian food is delicious. The tagliatelle with mushrooms is fantastic, the beef is excellent, and the local wine is excellent. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful place just off the tourist trail. Traditional dishes, but presented in truly beautiful ways. You can see the attention to detail in the dishes. Prompt service and delicious food. The outdoor tables are also beautiful. Prices are absolutely reasonable. I recommend the risotto; it's a shame I didn't try the skewer.

Very nice place. We ate outside under their pergola, but I also found it very beautiful and spacious inside. My parents have been there several times and always had a great time.
The food was excellent. There were six of us, so we had both first and second courses. The only flaw was that they didn't ask for the meat to be cooked, and those who did eat it found it a little overcooked, but it was still excellent quality.

A historic venue in Salò, within walking distance.
Family-run, it has always been a safe bet for Salò residents and beyond.
In summer, tables are on a beautiful outdoor patio.
It's always best to reserve.

Beautiful location! The lake is the star, and so is the cuisine! Excellent dishes, light and flavorful, with a wide selection, including vegetarian options. A welcoming atmosphere and very friendly and prompt staff. The innermost room is softly lit and offers a lovely, restorative silence. Highly recommended! A wonderful experience!
