A gem of a place: the food is excellent and the portions are generous; it's located right in the center, in the shadow of the Duomo bell tower, and it's very quiet; the staff is also friendly and courteous. Plus, the prices are affordable. A place to remember.

09/07/2025: The hotel was picturesque and the staff was beyond helpful. A special thank you for Federico for the much needed massage and spa ! He went above and beyond guest care, making us feeling at home
08/07/2025: A wonderful property immersed in a magical and timeless atmosphere. The only flaw: the restaurant and breakfast definitely need improvement; they're currently not up to par with the property's other amenities.
