Al Bel Paese In Mola di bari

To celebrate my birthday, I chose Il Bel Paese in Mola, a restaurant I already knew for its excellent seafood, and I wanted to introduce my family to it, having come all the way from Matera. My expectations were not disappointed: generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and dishes with attention to detail, from the table setting to the plating. Thanks to chef Vito, always attentive to the customer's needs, and to Mariangela, a kind and helpful waitress who looked after us with professionalism. Everyone was satisfied, and even though we're a bit far away, we'll definitely be back. If you want fresh, expertly prepared seafood, this is truly the place to be!

"An excellent culinary experience!" We came from Matera specifically to try this restaurant and were extremely satisfied. The fish is simply delicious, incredibly fresh, and perfectly cooked—a true pleasure. The service is attentive and impeccable. Special thanks to Mariangela, our waitress, who served us with great courtesy and professionalism. A place where you eat very well and feel welcomed. We'll definitely be back!

This Friday we went to the Al Bel Paese restaurant and chose the Traditional Menu, and it was absolutely amazing. Fantastic place, kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable staff, and top-quality food. Beautifully presented dishes and refined flavors. 5 stars aren't enough for this restaurant; it deserves 10 or more. Congratulations and thank you for the magical flavors you've given us. We'll definitely be back.

We had such a great experience! We ordered raw seafood and it was absolutely delicious (maybe not the best idea for my boyfriend’s stomach though 😂 but that’s on him). The pasta was amazing and the service was cheffs kiss! The chef was super kind and even cooked the rest of our seafood for us to take home. The staff went above and beyond, they even gave my boyfriend a pill for his stomach and offered to share their number so we could update them the next day. We’ll definitely be back! 5 out of 5

Excellent cuisine and hospitality, refined dishes and high-quality ingredients. Spectacular raw fish, extensive wine list. We really enjoyed our stay, and the price is fair for the quality.

The prices are fair considering that the seafood is incredibly fresh—alive fresh! It’s also one of the few restaurants we visited during our holiday in Puglia where the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, even though we are tourists.

Kudos to the restaurant for the service and the quality of the products served. In particular, kudos to the maître d' for his professionalism. An experience worth repeating.

I went to Al Bel Paese with my elderly parents. The food was amazing and plentiful. We started with 2 types of mussels and had carbonara and a shrimp pasta dish with mozzarella and tomatoes along with seasonal vegetables and a mixed salad. The three of us could not finish everything although we wanted to as every bite was delicious.

Esta joya es perfecta para una noche especial. Está cerca del puerto y el marisco es tan fresco y delicioso. Recomendamos encarecidamente la pasta Artero. ¡Lo mejor! El plato de pescado a la parrilla incluía camarones, atún y pulpo. ¡WOW! El pulpo es el más tierno que hemos comido. El atún estaba abrasado a la perfección. Teníamos un vino blanco encantador que marida bien. Comenzamos con un cóctel de gin tonic que era delicioso y refrescante. Terminamos con postres encantadores, ambos de inspiración local.

Dipingere è un'arte! Cucinare è un'arte! Se realizzi un dipinto perfetto su una piatto perfetto viene fuori una meravigliosa esperienza culinaria sensoriale e soddisfacente sia per gli occhi che per il palato. L'originalità e la meticolosità nella ideazione prima, e nella preparazione poi di piatti scenograficamente perfetti e squisiti da mangiare ci hanno fatto vivere un'esperienza da ricordare. L'arguta mente della deliziosa mogliettina e  la messa in opera dell'inimitabile chef Vito, ci hanno fatto visitare una pregiatissima galleria d'arte comodamente seduti a tavola. La consueta cordialità del personale, non scontata direi, fa da contorno ad una serata perfetta. Giustissimo il conto sia per l'alta qualità delle materie prime che per l'impegno nella preparazione delle presentazioni. Grazie ragazzi!
