The best place I’ve visited in Trieste. The food was great, the portions were really big. The waiters were very friendly and attentive. Going to return here to try their pizza.

The price was in line with other restaurants in Trieste, although the cover charge was quite high for not having tablecloths. The food was good and in sufficient quantity, and the service was courteous and helpful. The average cost for the two evenings was €33 per person, certainly expensive for the amount we ate.

This restaurant uses fresh ingredients, and its seafood pasta and pizza are authentic. The octopus salad is refreshing and appetizing, and the tiramisu for dessert is truly amazing. The comfortable ambiance and friendly service make it an excellent dining choice – highly recommended!

Average at best. We ate Carbonara, they told us it's traditional like in Roma, but it's not. Spaghetti with mussels and clams are better, but not Italian quality. Portions are small. If you have time to explore more, I suggest you to skip this restaurant. If you're tight with time, it's average okay.

28/12/2025: Quaint atmosphere, excellent hot chocolate and capo in B, friendly and attentive service. Seating isn't always available, but it's worth a try. Recommended!!
