I have been frequenting this place for a few months and have never been disappointed by both the quality of the products and the service. The aubergine parmigiana is amazing! The numerous doughs it offers are all excellent. My favorite is the spelled dough!

When I take a walk in Monopoli, I always stop to eat pizza here, in particular one of those offered with truffle oil, but this time I found the dough chewier. Furthermore, having ordered a cake with a warm heart (a chocolate soufflé so to speak), it was overcooked and it was a cake, without any liquid filling. On this occasion I was disappointed.
