It's difficult to put into words the experience of Piani: a place that, in the elegant heart of Parioli, manages to combine the authentic freshness of the sea with a warm yet discreet welcome. I had the pleasure of sitting at their table and being surprised by a raw fish dish that, without exaggeration, I would call one of the best I've ever tasted in Rome: excellent raw ingredients, selected with obsessive care, and presented in a simple, unfussy way, because when the fish is truly fresh, nothing else is needed. The quality of the catch is evident in every bite, from the raw fish to the other fish dishes, all built around a clear concept: highlighting the raw ingredients without overpowering them. Each course arrives at the table at the perfect moment, with a delicacy that reflects the extraordinary attention of the entire wait staff: professional, smiling, attentive to every detail, but never intrusive. You can sense the passion of those who wanted to create a place where the experience is not just gastronomic but human: here you feel truly pampered, from the welcome to the last sip of wine. It's no coincidence that those who love good fish and quality raw fish know that they can always find a guarantee at Piani.

The tiramisu, which is rolled out on a cart, is a must-have dessert.

Ristorante molto raffinato e discreto, personale preparato e cortese, menù ispirato ai classici della Sardegna con attenzione ai particolari.Dopo gli antipasti abbiamo provato delle.linguine al granchio e all' astice,poi il famoso tiramisù espresso e una torta caprese.Ottimo anche il vermentino abbinato suggerito dal sommelier.Esperienza da provare assolutamente.

Siamo stati collocati vicino al bancone bar…. Che meraviglia! Invece del solito sabato sera nel caos ….Sembrava di stare soli….
Abbiamo iniziato con delle strepitose ostriche ( alla dolce ho preferito di più la salata!). A seguire del crudo misto molto buono
Buonissimo il brasato di ricciola, ottimo il filetto di tonno . Il tutto accompagnato da un Terlan Winkl.
Per dolce abbiamo preso una torta di ricotta all’arancia.
