I found it "by chance" after reading the reviews and was pleasantly surprised.
We had a €25.00 menu that included:
1 first course (truly excellent pasta with fish of the day, one of the best I've ever had!)
1 second course (delicious fried food, not greasy but easy to digest)
1 glass of wine
1 coffee
cover + water.
Really good value (the menu Monday through Friday is probably lunch only, I don't remember now).
I would definitely go back.
The interior is also quaint and well-kept.
They even gave us some treats for the dog, in addition to the water we obviously already had.

I had the best fried calamari, shrimp, and mixed seafood I've ever eaten. You could really taste the fresh fish. Highly recommended. The price was absolutely fair.

It was recommended to me by the girl at the hotel reception, and I had a great time. They were very kind and attentive, even with my dog. They gave us great advice on what to try and drink. I think we'll be back.

A truly wonderful experience at Aidogi!
The food is simply excellent: authentic flavors, high-quality ingredients, and dishes prepared with great care and passion. Every bite is a pleasure, and you can taste the love for cooking.
Special thanks go to the waitress Arianna, a truly extraordinary person: always smiling, extremely kind, attentive to every detail, and capable of making you feel immediately at home. Her friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness make the experience even more pleasant and special.
A welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine: a place I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely return to. Congratulations to all the staff!

The restaurant isn't located in a busy area, so you have to know where it is. Many good restaurants aren't located in busy areas, so I don't see this as a limitation; on the contrary, it's the opposite. The decor is inspired by Venetian masks (which are beautifully displayed on the walls). The highlight is the food. The menu offers a good and varied selection. The tagliolini del Doge are delicious, with homemade pasta cooked to perfection. You can tell the fish is locally sourced! The fried fish is also very good, light, unlike any other. All accompanied by an excellent Lugana. To finish, a "millefoglie" dessert with delicious cream. Thanks also to the staff, who are kind and capable of instilling empathy. I'll be back.

We stumbled upon this restaurant after reading the positive reviews on Google.
Welcoming atmosphere and very kind and friendly staff (too bad the owner at the cash register is a bear).
The tagliolini, boiled meat, and dessert were all delicious.
We'll be back.

Ai Dogi in Chioggia isn't just a restaurant, it's a little journey through taste. As soon as you enter, you feel welcomed like an old friend, and when the dishes arrive, you understand that here the sea isn't just in front of you... it's also on your plate. Intense aromas, full flavors, recipes that respect tradition but aren't afraid to stand out. Every bite speaks of Chioggia, the real one, made of fishing, passion, and expert hands in the kitchen. The service is attentive and cheerful, the atmosphere relaxed and pleasant: the kind of place where time slows down and the only urgent thing is to mop up the sauce. You leave satisfied, happy, and eager to return... because some experiences aren't easily forgotten 😉

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché lontano dalla via principale di ristoranti turistici e abbiamo pranzato all' interno. Non ci è piaciuta esteticamente la sala: ambiente un po' buio e alcuni ornamenti della sala che non sono riuscito ad apprezzare. Come antipasto abbiamo preso un sauté di cozze e vongole: nella media. Come primi i paccheri (si sentiva poco il pesce, sovrastato dal condimento) e i tagliolini della casa (buoni). Prezzi giusti.

Sehr angenehmer, ruhiger Ort in einer Seitengasse am Hafen (war uns fast schon zu viel Ruhe). haben hier zu Abend gegessen und wurden nicht enttäuscht, die Speisen waren sehr gut zubereitet (Spagetti mit Muscheln, Tintenfisch, frittierte Fische)
Das Dessert Millefoglie della Casa war hervorragend. Dazu eine Flasche Weißwein (leider kein offener Hauswein), so stellen wir uns Italien vor. Sehr schöner Abend, kommen gerne wieder.
