My partner and I have been there several times. The place is welcoming, both in winter and summer, and offers a sense of tranquility and excitement. The location is magnificent, and the animals are truly well-cared for. We highly recommend the place for the food, courtesy, and price. It's truly a great place. Thank you so much, this is our favorite place.

To escape the heat, we went to this farmhouse for the first time with our dog. The view was enchanting, the setting was well-kept and clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The food was excellent, with excellent ingredients and meticulous preparation. I also recommend a walk through the lavender fields. They make amazing jams. We'll definitely be back.

A PERFECT evening! We decided to celebrate my birthday with dinner at "Ruer Verda" in Brione (BS) to try their new summer menu. Everything was exactly as expected: truly top-notch! Everything here is strictly homemade (or, to use the Brescia dialect, "nostrà"), as a true agriturismo should be. The love and respect with which the ingredients are treated and prepared is clearly evident in every course. Every detail is expertly crafted: the homemade bread—with a truly amazing whole wheat flour—is fantastic, and the rustic breadsticks are truly second to none. Here's how it went: The appetizers: a mix of their cured meats (lonzino, lardo, and salami) accompanied by superb giardiniera, followed by a selection of local cheeses with excellent jams and sauces of their own production. Truly remarkable! The first courses (a special mention): the pasta rose with beetroot and gorgonzola was absolutely worthy of applause, voted the number one dish of the evening by all diners. The fresh pasta with amberjack and salmi was also superb. The second courses: here too, we were top-notch. The grilled tagliata was masterfully cooked, incredibly tender, and wonderfully flavorful. The desserts: even though we were already full, since it was a birthday, we couldn't pass up dessert. We finished with a fresh and delicious caramel panna cotta, truly delicious. In addition to the cuisine, my heartfelt compliments go to the dining room: the attention and courtesy towards the customers made us feel pampered from start to finish. The price is also definitely in line with the quality and service provided. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and acquaintances, and we will definitely return for other occasions!

One of those discoveries that already makes you want to return. Truly excellent food, authentic and carefully prepared, with generous portions and authentic flavors. The value for money is simply exceptional: it's hard to find such a high standard without spending a fortune. Making everything even more special is the breathtaking view from the terrace, which creates a relaxing atmosphere and makes lunch or dinner even more enjoyable. The staff are incredibly kind and knowledgeable! A place worth exploring and, as far as we're concerned, will definitely become a regular stop.

Very nice place, especially the interior. Good cured meats, excellent cheeses. Gnocchi al Gorgo are good. The caramels are good. The filling, the pasta, was flavorless. Braised beef is good, a little dry, it needed a lot more tocio. The polenta is good. T-bone steak is so-so, it should have been fattier. The cooking is excellent, but the knives aren't suitable for cutting the meat. There's no wine list. And the service is good, but it should be more attentive. I'd say the bill is more than good.

The place is wonderful, especially the outdoor veranda where we were seated, with a sweeping view. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. And what can I say about the food: everything was homemade with excellent quality ingredients.

07/06/2026: This restaurant is truly a hidden gem, its potential wasted by the owner's "cool and aloof" demeanor! Before coming, I read many reviews, and many mentioned the owner's attitude was a bit harsh, which made me a little apprehensive. But I figured the most important thing about a restaurant is the food, and everyone has a different personality and way of expressing themselves, so we decided to give it a try anyway. The result? A wonderful surprise! Our group of five ordered two appetizers, two main courses, and four main dishes. Every dish was generously portioned, authentically seasoned, and made with incredibly fresh ingredients. Most remarkably, everyone finished every last bite; not a single dish was disappointing. It was clear the kitchen had put a lot of effort into the ingredients and the presentation; it was a very local and heartfelt meal. As for the owner, who was the subject of much discussion, she did have a rather serious expression throughout and spoke quite directly, not the particularly warm and outgoing type. However, on a side note, her outfit that day was exceptionally beautiful, with exquisite details and a sparkly finish, making her stand out as she bustled around the restaurant. I wanted to compliment her several times, but seeing her consistently serious expression, I ultimately held back. Actually, during my time there, I didn't encounter any unpleasant situations. On the contrary, I could tell she was genuinely dedicated to running the restaurant; it's just that her way of expressing herself is a bit different from the service style many people are used to. If she could occasionally smile a little more, I believe it would greatly enhance the customer experience. It's worth mentioning that the male servers and the chubby chef were exceptionally warm and friendly, providing attentive service throughout, making the entire dining experience relaxed and enjoyable. If, like us, you prioritize the food itself rather than overly enthusiastic service, then this restaurant is definitely worth a try. Don't be deterred by the "aloof" reputation, because the food here is absolutely worth a special trip.
21/05/2026: Good restaurant with average prices. Very friendly staff. We had the guanciale in both versions (Siena-style and with mushrooms), both excellent and expertly cooked.
