Il pranzo domenicale è stato una piacevolissima esperienza. Tutto eccellente dall'atmosfera alla cortesia e professionalità del personale. Piatti preparati con cura e con materia prima di altissima qualità. Tutto squisito. Ci torneremo.

Siamo state con le amiche del cuore dal venerdì' al sabato, dormendo lì in stanze accoglientissime nell'antico casolare ristrutturato e godendo anche della SPA panoramica. Sia la cena del venerdì che il pranzo del sabato sono stati eccezionali come sempre. L'agrichef Ciro Princiotta, reduce dai successi dal G7 agricoltura di Siracusa, riesce sempre a sorprenderci con la sua cucina raffinatissima ma ancorata al territorio. Un menù ed un servizio veramente "stellato" a prezzi abbordabilissimi. Stavolta un 10 e lode e menzione alla cécina con la crema gialla salata alle erbe ed ai "crostini" di melenzana al forno con la composta di frutta e la salsetta piccante. Per non parlare del carpaccio di funghi appena colti nel bosco, dei deliziosi formaggi autoprodotti, degli invotini di prosciutto crudo ripieni di erbe selvatiche, dello spezzatino di suino nero, del biancomangiare alla frutta secca.... un godimento continuo, continuamente coccolati da Sandra, moglie di Ciro ed anima dell'accoglienza e da tutto il suo fantastico staff, nonché dal papà che si occupa del caseificio e degli animali felici.

We stayed with our best friends from Friday to Saturday, sleeping there in very welcoming rooms in the old renovated farmhouse and also enjoying the panoramic SPA. Both Friday dinner and Saturday lunch were exceptional as always. The agrichef Ciro Princiotta, fresh from the successes of the G7 agriculture in Syracuse, always manages to surprise us with his highly refined cuisine but anchored to the territory. A truly "starry" menu and service at very affordable prices. This time a 10/10 and a mention for the cécina with the savory yellow cream with herbs and the baked aubergine "crostini" with the fruit compote and the spicy sauce. Not to mention the carpaccio of mushrooms freshly picked in the forest, the raw ham rolls filled with wild herbs, the black pork stew, the blancmange with dried fruit... a continuous enjoyment, increased by the splendid hospitality of Sandra, wife of Ciro, of a fantastic female staff and of his father Princiotta, a skilled cheesemaker and curator of cows, sheep and goats who live free and happy.

We went to this farmhouse yesterday for the first time. Once we arrived we took a short tour of the facility. Huge spaces, beautiful views, swimming pool and also a beautiful space provided for celebrating birthdays, communions etc., all well looked after. Once lunch began we were welcomed with seasoned croutons and prosecco followed by many appetizers of the right quantity to then continue with the first and second courses. Fresh appetizers such as cheeses, cured meats such as slices of veal in delicious sauce. I ate well and in fact I had to leave the second one because I couldn't take it anymore. Highly recommended! The road to get there is unfortunately very bad!

We chose this place for Sunday lunch. The impact with the structure was positive, well looked after and with large outdoor spaces. No welcome at the entrance. A young lady at the checkout preferred to remain seated and not ask us anything even though we were the first guests to arrive. We were pleasantly impressed by the dining room staff who proved to be very kind and competent. The normal quality appetizer was given to us by the dropper; for the pasta they instead asked if we would like an encore. Not the same treatment for children who had chosen the rings, who were served a very small portion and that was it. As a second course, potatoes and a sausage for every two people with a few slices of bacon (and not porchetta as written on the menu). At the end of the lunch a very thin slice of cake. Coffee and a glass of bitters for those who liked it. No fruit. Considering the terrible road that had to be taken to reach this structure, the cost of 35 euros per person for adults and 20 euros for children, is worth a trip and not more than one.

3-day stay with friends in a somewhat lost place about 30 km from Palermo.
A magnificent landscape, without any noise with plenty to occupy your stay: swimming pool, spa, walks and, most amazingly, Ciro's cuisine, a cuisine with high quality and excellent products.
Ciro cooks his own products with great kindness and allows us to discover Sicilian cuisine.
We discovered the simplicity and authenticity of the Sicilians.
Thank you Ciro, this stay was a great discovery.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights in this beautiful farmhouse. Impeccable service, excellent pool and spa.
I fell in love with their cuisine.
Rustic structure, but I feel at home... Very friendly owners and staff.
Lunch and dinner, with impeccable description... Will be back... I recommend it to the fullest... Thank you for hosting us
