From Trentino to Liguria, along the way we chose to stop here for lunch, and because I wanted to see the winner of 4 restaurants in person! The lunch was superb, excellent dishes cooked with love, excellent service with the staff always ready and willing, fair prices! I then had the pleasure of exchanging a few words with the owner (a really nice guy 😁)!!! Thank you!

Everything was exceptional. Wonderful place, very kind staff, and truly excellent food. The chestnut flour dishes are a must-try; the ravioli are unique. I'll definitely be back.

I'll start by saying we didn't stay there, but we hope to stay there soon. We had lunch on a Monday in September at this fabulous farmhouse... what can I say? It's a fantastic place, tranquil and peaceful, divine tagliatelle with mushrooms, delicious ice cream with honey 😋... highly recommended by me... we'll be back... 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝

We discovered this agriturismo thanks to the popular TV show "4 Ristoranti," but experiencing it was a thrilling, wonderful experience we'll definitely repeat. All the staff were kind and knowledgeable, the location enchanting, the apartment meticulously maintained, the idea of ​​restoring the ancient village exudes love for the past, and the creation of shared spaces is innovative. The museums, the photos scattered throughout the village 💜, and the vegetable garden are stunning and unmissable. During dinner, we discovered authentic yet expertly paired flavors, culinary techniques that instilled a passion for what we prepared. We ate wonderfully. What can I say about Barbara and Luca? Two incredibly kind, helpful people who do their work with love. Thank you all, we'll be back soon and often.

Dinner with very good traditional Lunigiana cuisine, a very charming and welcoming location, excellent, kind and precise service, appetizer, first course, main course with house wine. Unfortunately, I'm not giving it 5 stars because, objectively, I spent too much. Some say the price increase is a consequence of winning at the 4 restaurants. I don't know if that's the only reason, but with good but still simple cuisine, I would review the prices.

I discovered it thanks to 4 restaurants, which I liked on TV, and my husband took me there for our wedding anniversary!! Absolute tranquility, you feel a bit lost, which for me was a plus!!! Having breakfast in the village in absolute silence is priceless, and immediately afterward, sunbathing by the pool is the same...🤩☀️ From the building with the rooms to the restaurant, you have to walk along a small path. The room was cozy, rustic, with a large outdoor space. We ate wonderfully at the restaurant, delicious home cooking with exceptional ingredients! (The ice creams were truly delicious.) The staff were truly kind and helpful, even offering travel tips, and always smiling! We'll be back with the kids! Thanks, Monica

A corner of paradise far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The dishes are high-quality and beautifully presented. The staff is friendly, discreet, and attentive to every need. An extremely positive experience, highly recommended.

Ristorante Il Trillo

16/11/2025: I returned to Trillo curious to see if my previous experience was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, it wasn't! The restaurant bills itself as a high-end establishment, with an average bill of €70-80 per person, but what's served—both in terms of dishes and service—doesn't reach the "fine dining" standards that such a price should guarantee. Only one waiter per table, bringing two dishes at a time, a confusing appetizer, a seafood tagliolini that was actually linguine, and incredibly salty! A salted caramel for dessert, whose name at least matched its content: salty, more than you'd expect from a dessert. The table setting is meticulously designed, and even the different types of bread are commendable... but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I have to be honest, the outdoor location is very charming and certainly fantastic in the summer, but I don't think I'll repeat the experience: my stomach will thank me. I would also recommend a revamp of the website, a bit too Lavacchio style!
