We came back for a special birthday, always a great, intimate and welcoming atmosphere! The menu is impeccable, not too many courses but an excellent selection, with truly high-quality first and second courses! As always, a confirmation.

The review refers to the restaurant. The location is beautiful, but the quality/price ratio isn't adequate. An appetizer of three bruschettas costs €10, and three grilled lamb chops cost €20, too. The service is like a farmhouse, but the prices aren't. Overall, I can give it a passing grade, no more.

We spent a wonderful week at this magnificent place! We really enjoyed the location, the service, and especially the excellent food! Our dog was also very welcome. It's a great place to explore the towns of Umbria from here, and we're always happy to return for dinner in the evening. The only thing is that the rooms and bathrooms could be a bit larger, but they're beautifully renovated and air-conditioned. Thanks again to everyone for the wonderful week!

charming farmhouse, on the top of a hill overlooking the plain between Assisi and Perugia, which are 15 minutes away by car. structure managed with professionalism and passion, excellent breakfast with local products, impeccable cleanliness, comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine. finally the swimming pool, infinity with a view of the valley. we will certainly return

English: We stayed at this property to celebrate an anniversary. The first thing to highlight is certainly the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff from the first telephone call. The farmhouse is located on a hill surrounded by greenery and silence and nature. The rooms are spacious, modern and extremely clean. Special mention for the spa service: a small oasis of luxury and wellness for exclusive use for an entire hour, with a hydromassage tub, emotional shower, sauna and a fabulous welcome of prosecco and fresh fruit. The spa is glassed in but located in a separate area from the rest of the property. Privacy is also guaranteed by a small garden that separates it from the pool area, a tastefully and elegantly fenced entrance and the possibility of using sliding curtains. Privacy is guaranteed in any case and, if left open, you can appreciate a beautiful view of the splendid infinity pool (access to which is free for guests of the property) and the large valley below. We also enjoyed half-board accommodation, with dinner and breakfast included. Delicious meals and a wide variety of choice. Abundant breakfast with both sweet and savory options. Truly excellent value for money: it has rightfully earned a place among the favorite places to certainly return to.

This place is a hidden gem, and we have enjoyed every single moment around. It starts with the people, all kind! The location overseeing the beautiful surroundings is great. The facilities amazing, as I have used their pool every late afternoon to relax after some intense walking days. The food at the breakfast contains fresh local stuff, of which several homemade tortas. And after checkout I also bought their homemade olive oil and marmalade. All absolutely recommended!

The road to get there is rough and two-way as it is a very small road to fit 2 cars. Very nice place and the staff is kind and available for any of your needs. We eat very well.

Un posto magico in cui staccare la spina. Panorama meraviglioso e accoglienza senza paragoni! Complimenti ad Elena, Filippo e a tutto lo staff che lavora ogni giorno per mantenere così alto il livello dell’Agriturismo. Nota di merito ulteriore: la qualità del cibo. Dalle torte eccezionali a colazione, al ristorante che offre specialità veramente varie e buonissime.
