We came on a weekend in October, me, my girlfriend and our dog. We were welcomed in a kind and friendly manner, the same for our Twix. The room was small but very welcoming, the restaurant and waiters were top, and finally a tour of their personal spa was a real gem. which you cannot give up. If you want to spend days in the Umbrian countryside and in a carefree way, absolutely come to them. Super, highly recommended

A very good holiday stay, we stayed here for 10 nights! This Agriturismo is centrally located between Assisi and Perugia, 15 minutes from the airport (you will have absolutely no inconvenience here). The rooms are good and meet the requirements. The restaurant has high quality staff and food. We have enjoyed eating here several times Nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds and a beautiful view. Also a beautiful Spa (for a fee/hour) where you can relax very well) Definitely recommended if you are looking for a location for peace, relaxation and good cuisine.

Located between Perugia and Assisi, in a convenient position for visiting both. The first worry is the climb at the top of which the farmhouse is located: a dirt road (practically private, if nothing else) narrow and without side barriers, it becomes very dangerous to cross other vehicles and it must not be easy to travel in winter or with the rain. The farmhouse develops at the end of this route, on both sides... although it would be useful to indicate with visible signs (and not half-hidden metal signs) the various parts it is made up of: the main building with the reception and the restaurant, an annex with double rooms, the car park, the children's area and, on the opposite side further down, the Spa and the swimming pool. During our stay we mainly used the swimming pool, with umbrellas and sun loungers positioned on the sides and on the lawn. Further down there is a small children's pool, bathrooms and a fridge with drinks available (for a fee) to customers. The real gem of this farmhouse is the Spa: a modern structure positioned on the lawn above the swimming pool, inside which there is a sauna, a shower and a large Jacuzzi hydromassage tub. Access to the Spa is by reservation and exclusive for 1 hour, and also includes a plate with a few slices of fruit, a bottle of water and a bottle of sparkling wine. The restaurant also requires reservation, with an internal room (also used for breakfast - very well stocked), a patio and other tables outside. The private environment and the surrounding landscape immediately give a feeling of relaxation, just what we needed! Discordant notes, in addition to those already mentioned: the hardness of the bed in our room, which caused us painful awakenings, and that of the metal structure of the sunbeds by the pool: once lying down, the metal bars are practically in direct contact with the body.

About ten days ago I was in RIPA walking around with my family. and we came for dinner, what can I say.... TOP! We had a great time, kind and attentive staff, delicious and genuine food, very good price/quality. Satisfied, I hope to return.

Structure equipped with a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery and with an excellent welcome service. The only flaw is that it is not suitable for disabled people.
