Stunning farmhouse surrounded by nature located in a quiet location. In San Martino we appreciated the typical local cuisine with both traditional dishes and circular food. Professional and friendly staff. Fair prices. I'll be back. Advised.

Bella domenica trascorsa a pranzo nell'agriturusmo Calamate. Paesaggio bucolico tenuto con tanta cura, tra piante selvatiche salentine e alberi da frutto. I bambini trovano qui il giusto spazio per il gioco e per il contatto con la natura in totale sicurezza. Interni caldi e semplici affacciati con ampia vetrata panoramica verso la campagna. Per la prima volta in chiave invernale abbiamo provato la formula a prezzo fisso, che ci ha pienamente soddisfatto. Avvolgente!

A little paradise of authentic flavors!
We returned for the second consecutive year and Agriturismo Calamate enchanted us again. The family atmosphere, the dishes prepared with fresh and genuine ingredients directly from the farm, and the attention to every detail make every dinner a special experience.
The staff is welcoming and attentive, always making us feel at home. A place that we wholeheartedly recommend for those seeking the true essence of Apulian cuisine. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful location, the food is really good, I didn't give 5 stars only because, while we were eating, some slightly cheeky cats were wandering around, I don't mind them, but there were people (even from our table) who complained, rightly so in my opinion

Abbiamo prenotato ed al telefono ci hanno detto che non si poteva prenotare a meno che loro stessi non ci conoscessero. A quel punto abbiamo nominato la persona che aveva consigliato il luogo ed hanno accettato la prenotazione. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo da 9 ed uno da 6.
Su 15 persone una coppia con un bimbo di 3 anni non si è presentata per motivi di salute e ci è stato fatto ben notare il disappunto. Il posto è bello, ben tenuto, curato nei dettagli. Gli antipasti buoni, le paste ottime. Il piatto di bombette presenta due sole bombette, e non ne vale la pena, visti i primi veramente degni di nota.
Sono i modi la vera nota stonata ed il servizio, quindi, ne risente.

Excellent experience offering traditional Salento cuisine in a green and relaxing context and the possibility of staying. Recommended for families thanks to the safe spaces offered. the restaurant is excellent thanks to the expert cook and the courteous and attentive manager of the location. The menu offers a wide choice of typical dishes such as broad bean cream with chicory, Ciceri and tria, and orecchiette available in all traditional and vegetarian varieties such as meatballs and provolone podolico fondue or turnip greens. An excellent almond and fig spumone completes everything. I would say you couldn't ask for more. thanks we will be back

Excellent stay at this farmhouse in July. Accommodation complete with all comforts with air conditioning and daily cleaning. Features a kitchenette and fridge. Fenestrated bathroom. The gem is the external porch which allows you to relax after returning from a day at the beach and in the evening. Structure surrounded by greenery but really just a few km from the center of Gallipoli. Strategic position to visit all of the Ionian Salento and its beautiful beaches. Even at the restaurant you can eat very well with typical products (the Calamate appetizer for two people is super). I highly recommend this property also for the staff and how they take care of their guests.
