Africa 2 is a historic restaurant in Parma, run by an Eritrean family who moved to our area many, many years ago, so much so that the owners even speak the Parmesan dialect. You absolutely must try their pizza allo zighini or many other dishes from their homeland, especially the ingiera. Friendly staff and fairly quick service.

Historic restaurant, welcoming and with very friendly staff. The Zighinì completo is delicious!! The tortelli d'erbetta are excellent, as are the tagliata and grilled rib-eye steaks! I RECOMMEND IT!

The cuisine is unique... I wouldn't give it 5 stars, but rather 6! The atmosphere is impeccably maintained and the staff are fabulous. We'll be back because you won't find anything better! A vast and varied selection for every discerning palate. Even the desserts are spoiled for choice. Various recommended dishes, and the zighini prepared by Araya is excellent. I also recommend the fried fish...better than some of the mixed fried fish you eat at the seaside, but also at home... Highly recommended

One of the tastiest pizzas in Parma, still made like it was in the 1990s. The typical African cuisine is decent, but the portions of zighinì need to be reconsidered, in my opinion; perhaps too little for one person. The food is average, tasty and good, and the place is clean and welcoming.

30/06/2025: I'm a little late with the review, we visited the company two months ago twice, once as representatives of the G.A.S. of Curno (Bg) and once with the guided tour including lunch. It was an exceptional experience, Davide and his wife are two exquisite people who love their work and do it with their heart, we learned a lot of things, we recommend the guided tour to everyone, they explain in detail everything that goes into the production of organic Parmigiano Reggiano, and the divine lunch with 0 km products ... we are campers and we stopped right outside, the breathtaking landscape ... and the cheeses, milk and yogurt, we tried them all and they were all excellent ... we will definitely return and probably soon :) ... oh I forgot: we autographed a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano just produced and we will open it in two years, mmmmm how delicious! Trattoria 4 Stagioni

06/09/2025: Excellent trattoria with a daily menu for 14 euros, very popular with many workers, a fairly large dining room, very friendly staff, highly recommended for those in the area.
11/08/2025: 11.8.2025 this evening I was in the restaurant eating fried cake with cured meats and pizza.... everything good.... I recommend this place and I will be back
