An excellent Apulian trattoria in Milan. Fish, meat, pasta, cured meats, and cheeses are all worth trying. It's difficult to recommend just one dish; you'll want to return several times to sample everything on the menu. The atmosphere is beautiful and refined, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is delicious.

We celebrated my daughter's baptism at the restaurant; with over twenty guests, the staff was impeccable and the food was top-notch, as always. I highly recommend it to everyone and thank you for making our day even more special!

On Saturday, March 14th, we celebrated our granddaughter's baptism at Acquasala. The location was fantastic; despite the rain, we admired the most beautiful part of Milan. The restaurant staff was out of this world, attentive to their guests and super professional. The quality of the ingredients was undeniable; you could see they were meticulously prepared and left nothing to chance. The traditional dishes were delicious. We will definitely be back. The taste of the ricotta cheese is still in my mouth. See you soon. Claudia

The food was truly delicious: the orecchiette with braciole and the lamb chops were delicious. Prices were reasonable, but I found the side dishes very expensive (€7.50 for a small plate of turnip tops). The staff were friendly and professional.
