We visited Aquasala in Sasso Marconi and were thrilled. The fish was incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, with authentic flavors that showcase the quality of the ingredients. Good value for money! They only do fish! Good mussels, seafood salad too! The first courses were good! We'll try the second courses next time! I liked the coffee liqueur they make! I'll be back

Fish in Sasso Marconi!!!! It takes over from the inns of the past, where however cleanliness comes first. Let's start with the bread made by them which is wonderful and delicious, the menu is very Carioca and the dishes are all very well prepared Portions quite generous. Discreet cellar.

Locale semplice con piatti di pesce di buona qualità, prezzi onesti, specie il ricarico sui vini davvero modesto. Gustato un ottimo polipo fuori menu. Unico appunto I primi di pesce un poʻ troppo contaminati per il mio gusto, tipo aggiunta di formaggio morbido o pancetta

Quando si va da Acquasala si ha la certezza che si esce ampiamente soddisfatti della qualità che si ritrova in tavola. Della quantità non serve parlare perché normalmente si è travolti dall'abbondanza dei piatti... É una cucina di pesce che definirei "onesta": un ottimo rapporto fra qualità e costo, e la qualità è alta e costante. Prende spunto dai piatti tradizionali e poi prende il volo... I fritti meritano una menzione a parte per la loro pulizia e digeribilità (dote non sempre ritrovabile in giro...). É utile tenersi un po' di spazio per i dolci, perchè meritano davvero. Interessante la cantina con vini sempre ben abbinabili. Onore al merito!

Acquasanta offers a selected selection of fish-based dishes made with an excellent product and excellent workmanship. The service is punctual and attentive and the prices are adequate for the proposal. Personally I find the location a bit vintage with brightness that can be improved in the internal room. Advised!

06/08/2025: On the outskirts of Bologna a beautiful encounter with the fish restaurant Il Setaccio. We tasted their proposal on crudi, hot and cold appetizers, as well as a plate of paccheri with crabs and another with seafood sauce. These dishes expertly prepared by the chef and of great quality are a delight for the palate; Owner and staff very kind, knowledgeable and very professional. Simple, comfortable and very elegant location. A real surprise, as you wouldn't think so from the outside. With tagliatelle with meat sauce even children will be satisfied 😉 ****** We returned to Setaccio to encounter other "Marine suggestions" and we found them with a truly special crustacean Catalan with lobster and fried Moeche (little crabs with very soft shells).

01/09/2025: Average portions. Good desserts. Very nice atmosphere. The menu is simple, so don't expect much. Furthermore, there are no vegetarian options unless requested several days in advance. This is a real shame. One last note: the wait for the food was an hour, which was a bit too long.
24/08/2025: Everything was delicious and the service was excellent.
