Acquacheta In Milano

Excellent dinner. The only downside: very little flexibility regarding children's food. I asked if I could order a half portion of short pasta with meat sauce and was told they didn't have any other pasta shapes and that they were pre-measured in a blast chiller. There are no children's options on the menu.

The place is truly beautiful, the food delicious, the only flaw being the service, as the manager belittled some of the younger waiters in front of us, which is unprofessional. Furthermore, while explaining the menu, he made jokes about "people who don't understand meat" and made fun of food intolerances. A real shame given the quality of the place and the food. The prices aren't cheap, but they're fair for the quality and quantity, especially the meat, which was excellent.

The internal courtyard is very beautiful, the meat is good quality and well-prepared. Prices are perhaps a bit high for the portions offered. Service is a bit slow and forgetful.

Always a guarantee. A perfect location for summer evenings, but also delightful in winter. The menu is varied and always delicious!

Very nice location, we dined in a garden, it didn't feel like we were in Milan... But most importantly, we ate WELL, from the Tuscan cured meats and cheeses platter to the excellent grilled Florentine steak. The desserts were also excellent. The wine cellar was very well stocked. 5 stars are not enough! The prices aren't the lowest, but I think they reflect the quality provided.

I booked two weeks in advance because I was really curious to try their cuisine. I particularly liked the fried zucchini flowers, which were delicious, and I probably would have just eaten them: light, with just the right amount of salt, and well-filled. The selection of cured meats and cheeses, however, wasn't enough for two people; some cured meats were odd, and there was only one cheese of the same type. I expected more from the grill, so following the waitress's advice, I ordered a fillet steak, as did my partner. There was no offer to try anything else. The meat was good, but some parts were perhaps overcooked and therefore less tender. Furthermore, it hadn't been rested and arrived at the table still bloody. What disappointed me most were the desserts, which we didn't even finish, but perhaps that was just personal preference. More than the dishes, I was annoyed by the service: we were seated at a slightly hidden table, separated from the others and with a tree blocking our view. Perhaps that's why, from 8:30 PM when we arrived, we were able to order by 8:56 PM and at least get bread. Even at the end of the meal, I would have liked to display the uneaten food, but when it came time to pay, we were simply told "Share? OK, go!" as an invitation to put our card on the card machine. In short, we left with full bellies but without the warmth that, for us, characterizes an osteria.

The location is lovely, with a lovely fenced garden, and one section can be closed off to become a veranda if needed. The place is very nice, which is probably why it's a bit pricey. The staff was super friendly and quite attentive. There were five of us, so we ordered three waters, two wines, and four appetizers to share (a good and plentiful tartare, incredible parmesan cream; just two zucchini flowers; an interesting pecorino cheese platter), then five grilled dishes (the rib-eye steak was excellent; the mixed grill was good. I really expected much better, but I wasn't satisfied; the fillet was good). For none of the grilled dishes was the meat requested to be cooked properly. Overall, I'd probably go back, but I really expected better (€65 per person).

A great discovery, we went to El for lunch and had tagliatelle with ragù and grilled fillet with a side of vegetables, everything was delicious, we will definitely be back, the outside courtyard is also beautiful.

Location: The outdoor seating for lunch is very nice. The interior is also tastefully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. Unfortunately, we were seated near the kitchen, and the meat-turning alarm sounded every 5 minutes, which was truly unbearable. Food: Good, sincere, and tasty Service: This is the sorest point. The waiters, having to serve too many tables, were completely unable to handle requests and reservations. I recommend expanding the staff and lightening the workload to allow for better service. The younger staff were not friendly or responsive to requests. I hope the restaurant fixes these shortcomings so we can return soon! Good luck!

A pleasant restaurant with extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, a fine wine list with options for all levels, and a menu focused on meat options, from appetizers to first and second courses. The freshly baked desserts and spirits are delicious. When in doubt, relying on the staff's recommendations is a great idea; the outdoor tables are surrounded by a lush garden that makes you forget you're in Milan.
