04/06/2025: Wonderful hotel, very cozy, clean, very beautiful design, very tasty breakfast, all the people are very kind, welcoming. I am delighted for this money, So it is generally a gift. I do not know why this hotel is not given five stars. Probably because deputies hang out there. And that means so, Well, good, and it will be cheaper for us. So go there, you will be happy.

03/06/2025: My opinion about this hotel is pretty neutral. I can't say I liked it, but I can't say that I didn't like it. Even though the hotel has its own style, I found it to be overdone and, to be honest, awkward for Italy, Milano. It is ornate, with heavy wooden details, thick curtains, and wall chandeliers. All of this consumes space, and I felt a bit claustrophobic at one point. One evening, we went for a quick drink in a bar, and I felt like I was a member of some sort of old club: tables with lines, the waiter dressed in a full wedding outfit. It was like too much. No fun. No soul. Or too much soul. I gave a 5-star service rating to a super-friendly lady named Laziza. She was extremely helpful and gave us her 100%. The location is okay. It is right beside the Central Station and the majority of Car rental places. It is a bit far walking distance from the old city. You can definitely take a subway to get to the heart of Milano. It is actually a very comfortable way to navigate from and to a hotel. There is a cool coffee bar beside the hotel (turn left and walk a few meters). Overall, the experience was ok.
