Delicious burgers with original flavors. Good size and with rustic potatoes, also an abundant portion......really a good experience. My only criticism is that I would have liked it a little more cooked (it's a matter of personal taste).

You can't order their burgers through the delivery apps, because they are afraid their dishes might arrive cold. They don't make changes to their carefully created burgers so as not to spoil the balance of flavours (and it is the right choice considering how good they are), but you can create your own mixing different ingredients, if you have special requirements. I personally like these simple rules, it means they care more about quality than quantity, although they are burgers and not fine dining. In fact I have been there several times in the last years and it is always a confirmation. The place is small and simple, but the truth is that no one wants to eat a burger in a chic establishment.

Small but welcoming place (I recommend booking, given the few seats) with friendly and knowledgeable staff. We tried various burgers, all very good and tasty. The MI was really good, but beware if you don't go crazy for saffron, because you can taste it a lot when you eat the sandwich. Good choice of craft beers, fantastic option to have the gluten free bun

Something has changed, you can feel it in everything. Compared to just 2 years ago, key figures in the restaurant are missing, such as the man who welcomed you when you entered, recommended the wines, made you smile with a joke. Only one person in the kitchen, no longer two, the room (small as it is) empty. Ok, it's about the food, and here too we no longer find the uniqueness of that MI, like the classic, they don't fill you up but above all they don't make you perceive anything more than other burgers. Almost raw potatoes, there's a reason we left them. We don't know what, but it's not the lab of the early days, and it doesn't make us want to return. Three stars of encouragement (when previously there were five deserved ones), but we really need a return to the past, or we won't see great futures.

A unique experience. The place is clean and tidy. Small, with few seats. I would say intimate. I got "the burger that has Milan inside" and it was exceptional. Succulent meat, excellent fried rice, original lime mayonnaise. The accompanying potatoes are also excellent. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. I would go back tomorrow if I didn't live 300km away. A special mention also to the dining room girl. Kind and professional.
