The hotel is in a building that was bombed in World War II. Its location is excellent, next to the main street, 200 meters from Giulieta's house and 500 meters from the Colosseum. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is great. The internet works well. The only negative point is that the parking lot is further away, so whenever you need to arrive or leave, you have to call someone from reception to go with you. If they put in a controlled entrance, this would be easily solved.

This is a classically gorgeous hotel with a refined sense of style and service. The last half a kilometer or so was slightly difficult to navigate due to narrow roads and many pedestrians, but they have their own garage nearby, to which the valet will direct you after check-in. It is perfectly situated near plenty of shops, restaurants, and historical sites, and is a 2 minute walk to “Juliet’s balcony.” The bar has incredibly comfortable, overstuffed brown leather couches reminiscent of an 1800s gentleman’s club, that in conjunction with the rest of the decor feel like a time machine to a more sophisticated era.

I'm not sure how my wife found this place, but it was awesome! Staff was great, nice breakfast included. The location was very convenient to the central piazza.

There is no one who speaks Spanish, due to the type of hotel it should have better services in the room, coffee, tea

Wonderful hotel!!! Everything was perfect. Great room and bathroom. Spectacular staff. Excellent breakfast. Close to everything.

Verona was our last stop of our Italian vacation. They had me when we stepped out of our van and the bellman was waiting to take our luggage. Front desk made reservations for us when needed. The breakfast staff were wonderful and friendly. They had a large seating area for afternoon coffee tea or water. Our rooms were spacious and impeccably prepped. There are many little areas to sit and relax. Even a beautiful rooftop terrace and a nice exercise area. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very good choice hotel in the heart of the city... The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable bed and despite being in an active area, quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was nicely presented with lots of options and the cappuccino was delicious! I found the front desk staff to be very kind and helpful. They also have a bar on site although minimal selections. There are plenty other bars right outside and a delightful cafe right next door if you wish to not purchase the breakfast plan. I was in a superior room number 363. See photos posted.
