We took the tasting menu, which allowed us to discover original and balanced cuisine which gives full meaning to the word gastronomic, in short a real discovery. The service is impeccable, the other comments don't lie. And the sommelier spares no effort to find the wine that will please you and best serve the dishes. I recommend experience.

We tried the Sunday brunch, a formula that includes different islands for the starter buffet (vegetarian, bakery, raw seafood and raw meat), a first and second course of your choice and finally a dessert buffet. The food was excellent, the staff courteous and the environment elegant but not to the point of intimidating you. I highly recommend it.

I guess there is a reason for losing their star. It was disappointing to book a table, mention on the reservation that we had an allergy and when arriving to get the information that the tasting menu cannot be accommodated to this. Other Italien restaurants just refused to adapt the menu and it was fair enough to say that they cannot. That was just in Italy, all other restaurants adapted. But here it was not the case: not only that they did not say in advance, but also after we mentioned again and picked something else to eat, the first thing served was containing the allergic ingredient. So, they had it on the reservation, we said it again and it was still not considered. Not to mention that was half of an excuse from the service, nothing else. We also asked when ordering for a wine menu and that never came. After more than 40 Michelin restaurants visited, this one was not as I was expecting based on the previous reviews.

The service in the restaurant is what really stood out to me from the friendly waiting staff to the chef who came to ask if everything met our expectations. We had the tasting menu and for us it was a great experience, it was well put together and the taste was great. The only negative thing i could say is that the restaurant was rather empty which led to the atmosphere being a bit lacking but this could just be because of the time of year.

I had an amazing experience. The food was great, the service was excellent specially Lorenzo, Danielle and Eduardo. I say it it’s an experience you have to live and a place you got to visit at least once.
