This review is for the wonderful dinner we had at the restaurant with our friends a week ago. Ambiance is always perfect for conversation; also elegant without being stuffy or theatrical. Great place for a business meal or simply a solid dinner. Every single thing we ate was delicious. We had eggplant appetizer, lobster, spaghetti with clams, branzino al cartoccio…gelato, chocolate dome, etc. It was all delicious. Very good wine list too. Best service from Nicola ALWAYS! He’s a gem. Already planning a comeback. Note: another reviewer noted that people were being rude and staring at them and incredibly, we did experience this same weird behaviour. The table next to us kept their attention and eyes literally fixated at us. Rude and weird. LOL. Nothing the restaurant can do or be faulted about.

The staff seemed clumsy and rude! Except they didn't tell us "get up and leave, let's finish our shift"... The food on the other hand was mediocre, the first time I eat such mediocre food in such a wonderful environment...

Matteo Gabrielli, Chef of the elegant location housed inside the Hotel Principe di Savoia Dorchester Collection in Milan, presents an autumn menu, designed to welcome customers with the reassuring flavors of the season and to celebrate his Lombard roots. The proposal reflects his cooking philosophy: essential and refined, built around local ingredients of the highest quality, which enhance the connection with the territory. You can choose between two routes: a refined tasting menu and a wide à la carte selection (my choice). Not to be missed: Pink prawn tartare, pomegranate gazpacho, salted lemon and nasturtium compote, Parsley risotto with marinated cod and lemon powder, Sea bass steak with porcini crust, Hamburg mouse in butter, Fasola and Franciacorta sauce

Matteo Gabrielli, Chef dell’elegante location ospitata all’interno dell’Hotel Principe di Savoia Dorchester Collection di Milano, presenta un menu autunnale, pensato per accogliere i clienti con i sapori rassicuranti di stagione e per celebrare le sue radici lombarde. La proposta riflette la sua filosofia di cucina: essenziale e ricercata, costruita attorno a ingredienti locali di altissima qualità, che esaltano il legame con il territorio. Si può scegliere fra due percorsi: un raffinato menu degustazione e un'ampia selezione alla carta (la mia scelta). Da non perdere: Tartare di gambero rosa, gazpacho al melograno, composta di limone salato e nasturzio, Risotto al prezzemolo con merluzzo marinato e polvere di limone, Trancio di branzino con crosta di porcini, topina Hamburg al burro, Fasola e salsa al Franciacorta

Este es un restaurante maravilloso con un gran ambiente, buena comida y buen servicio. Fuimos durante el período de Navidad y la decoración nos dio un ambiente festivo maravilloso. Muy ansioso por volver.

01/02/2025: The atmosphere was very nice as was the service. We tried 3 dishes (gnocchi, risotto and the fillet with gorgonzola). The gnocchi were very special, they didn't look like the usual ones neither in shape nor in taste, they had a nice sauce but that's about it. The risotto had a very nice boil but it had a rather stiff cheese that spoiled the taste a bit, you couldn't eat much. What was very tasty was the filet. It was melt in the mouth and the sauce was very good! Overall we had a great time because the place was very atmospheric and the wine but the food, at least with our own choices, did not excite us..
