Chef Perata always amazes. We really like the idea of offering iconic dishes and novelties in two distinct menus, so that we can always taste seasonal novelties. Location is not up for debate, the warm welcome from the restaurant manager is always a plus.

Experience above expectations, full star, I'm surprised that among the high-level wine list, sommelier and cuisine it doesn't have a Michelin star.
Menu perhaps too abundant, leading us to advance some courses, but overall a very valid experience.
The price is perhaps a little high, I would reduce the tasting menu (€140) bringing it to a few tens of euros less, with a few fewer courses, as well as the cost of the welcome glasses, but overall the price is on par with other single-starred experiences.
Service perhaps a little slow, more than three and a half hours of dinner with a little too much initial waiting.

La cucina propone piatti davvero deliziosi, frutto di una notevole creatività e attenzione ai dettagli. Il servizio, cordiale ed efficiente, contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza piacevole e accogliente. L’unico aspetto che ha suscitato qualche perplessità riguarda alcuni abbinamenti gastronomici particolarmente audaci, che non mi hanno soddisfatto appieno. Comunque cucina di alto livello, senza dubbio meriterebbe di riprendere la stella michelin.

I had the privilege of celebrating my birthday at the A Spurcacciun-a restaurant and I couldn't have made a better choice. The experience proved to be far beyond a simple dinner, transforming into a real sensorial journey guided by the mastery of chef Simone Perata. His cuisine is a harmonious fusion of impeccable technique, bold innovation and respect for tradition, with an international touch that elevates every dish.
What impressed me most was the chef's ability to balance bold flavours, creating surprising but always harmonious combinations. A sublime example of this mastery are his tuna plinths: a true work of culinary art. The technique used transforms the tuna into a texture reminiscent of meat, while the tuna marrow acts as a binder for a richly flavored base. In this dish, the intense umami of the mushrooms, the liveliness of the guinea fowl juice and a note of acidity given by the tomato sauce come together, creating an explosion of unforgettable taste.
But a great restaurant is not limited to just the kitchen. The atmosphere and service play a crucial role and, in this respect too, A Spurcacciun-a excels. The dining room staff, led by Beppe, proved to be incredibly welcoming, attentive and capable of understanding the needs of each guest, adapting the service to the personality of the table. I thank Beppe for accompanying us during dinner with skill and timely and interesting explanations. Particular praise goes to sommelier Mattia, a true expert animated by a sincere passion for wine. His expertise in guiding the choice of the perfect pairing was impeccable, further enhancing each course. Furthermore, the cellar offers a vast selection of labels, with real rarities that I warmly invite you to discover for yourself.
A Spurcacciun-a is not just a restaurant, but a 360-degree experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for something special. For those who haven't tried it yet, it's an absolutely unmissable stop. For me, it is an experience to be repeated without hesitation.

The chef knows his job.
A profound, almost introspective personal cuisine. There is nothing easy in the proposals, nothing taken for granted, a journey for curious connoisseurs rather than for a casual dinner.
The location is fantastic: in summer you dine a few meters from the sea in a palm garden with a perfectly mowed lawn. Lights and furniture are perfect.
Punctual, attentive and polite service.
I recommend the experience, for us it was a magical evening.

La qualità delle materie prime è il servizio davvero eccellenti
Ovviamente consiglio questo posto a chi ama il pesce ma chi come me preferisce la carne troverà comunque delle interessanti proposte
Io ho mangiato ad esempio il piccione ed era squisito
