Merveilleuse expérience que ce restaurant en bord de mer. Le cadre parvient à mêler l’ambiance de restaurant gastronomique avec le bord de plage. Le personnel est très agréable et souriant, efficace tout au long du repas (menu Alta Marea). Les pains sont accompagnés d’une huile d’olive taggiasche pour le plus grand plaisir des papilles. Les plats sont très recherchés et esthétiques dans le mélange des saveurs et des textures en mêlant au début le salé et le sucré pour terminer sur le sucré avec le salé. Le menu porte bien son nom, nous sommes plongés dans la mer par le goût.

Cenare su una terrazza in riva al mare in un ambiente raffinato e curato è già una grande fortuna se poi si aggiunge un ottima materia prima,una cucina che esalta ogni sapore e un servizio preciso, cordiale , professionale ma non invadente uno non può desiderare di più.
È stato veramente un viaggio gastronomico di grande valore a partire dalle coreografiche entreè ai vari piatti è stato un crescendo di sapori una cena da ricordare. Il prezzo è commisurato al tipo di servizio, alla materia e all'esperienza.
Spero vivamente di ritornare presto...è stato fantastico

We had an outstanding evening here! Incredible, imaginative, beautiful presentations from start to finish! We were visiting from the US, staying nearby and found this restaurant online with very positive reviews! So glad we did!

What a treasure. We ordered from the menu yet we were regaled with various small delights as amuse bouche, delightful breads, etc before our first and second courses. Wow!

Cuisine of the highest level, from personal experience I think that even one star would be an understatement for the quality and originality of the proposal.
The raw seafood is impeccable and is served in multiple courses and each of these has its own particular sauce or combination.
The tuna ossobuco risotto is fabulous both in taste and in combination, as is the tuna Rossini; one of the best dishes I've ever eaten.
Service no less, full of attention and with perfect timing. Fabulous environment, both internal but above all external with the benefit of the sea view.
Excellent wine list. Price in line with incredible quality.
