Uno dei migliori ristoranti che abbia mai mangiato e ne ho visitati molti.
Ristorante elegante e raffinato. Personale altissimo livello complimenti allo chef. E’ un percorso sensoriale e di vista potevo andare via già’ dopo gli entree talmente era tutto eccezionale

It was a memorable dinner, an experience to be told and recommended for the attention to every aspect (sense of hospitality, taste in surprising customers, generosity in offering tastings not included in the order...). The courses are works of catering art, colors, inventions, presentations that will leave you speechless. The most incredible memory is that, as a customer, I received much more than I asked for.

Chef Perata always amazes. We really like the idea of offering iconic dishes and novelties in two distinct menus, so that we can always taste seasonal novelties. Location is not up for debate, the warm welcome from the restaurant manager is always a plus.

Experience above expectations, full star, I'm surprised that among the high-level wine list, sommelier and cuisine it doesn't have a Michelin star.
Menu perhaps too abundant, leading us to advance some courses, but overall a very valid experience.
The price is perhaps a little high, I would reduce the tasting menu (€140) bringing it to a few tens of euros less, with a few fewer courses, as well as the cost of the welcome glasses, but overall the price is on par with other single-starred experiences.
Service perhaps a little slow, more than three and a half hours of dinner with a little too much initial waiting.

Cena assolutamente fantastica, il menù ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative
La qualità delle materie prime è il servizio davvero eccellenti
Ovviamente consiglio questo posto a chi ama il pesce ma chi come me preferisce la carne troverà comunque delle interessanti proposte
Io ho mangiato ad esempio il piccione ed era squisito
Questo ristorante è sempre top per una cena speciale
