My partner and I celebrated his birthday here on April 8th. It was a perfect evening, the tasting menu (we had the full version but there is also a reduced version with a few less courses) is a succession of never banal flavors and unusual combinations, focused on the sea. Each dish is a contemporary work of art, also from an aesthetic point of view. In the dining room we were "pampered" by Beppe who made us feel at ease and explained all the dishes. Very well-stocked cellar. Compliments again to chef Perata, an authentic artist, who had the opportunity to briefly tell us the history of the restaurant, since we asked him, amazed, why it didn't have a Michelin star. He would fully deserve it. A spurcacciuna is a pampering that deserves it.

I was given a tasting at this high-end restaurant in Savona; I have to say that I was very satisfied with my time here.
We were greeted by the friendly and precise staff of the place, accompanied to the table.
We were served the list of bubbles and waters, after which the amouse-bouche arrived.
The tasting continued smoothly, up to the only flaw in the experience: the skin of the snapper was rubbery and impossible to chew.
The environment is very refined.

A true experience for the palate: the chef's great mastery in combining raw materials creating explosions of flavor and variations in textures. The fusion between tradition and innovation is harmonious and never forced. Go there, it's worth it. Just two suggestions: if you can, avoid the table next to the beautiful transparent fridge: every time the door is opened you will feel an icy draft and if you eat with your left hand, for the Ceviche (which is an indescribable delight) ask for a straight spoon ;-)

Uno dei migliori ristoranti che abbia mai mangiato e ne ho visitati molti.
Ristorante elegante e raffinato. Personale altissimo livello complimenti allo chef. E’ un percorso sensoriale e di vista potevo andare via già’ dopo gli entree talmente era tutto eccezionale
Ho un preso il crudo di mare divino

Ovviamente consiglio questo posto a chi ama il pesce ma chi come me preferisce la carne troverà comunque delle interessanti proposte
