In a hidden corner of the old market square there is this small but delicious place that serves sublime pizza. Thin but not dry in the center and high at the edges without being rubbery, it seems to be the result of great care and particular attention to the ingredients. Careful mise en place and attentive and courteous service... the only drawback is that the tables are too close together. I am unable to comment on the quality/price ratio because I was a guest of friends but I promise to return as soon as the opportunity arises.
