25/01/2026: Today, like any other day, my family and I were planning on eating pizza, and since we've been ordering from Pizzeria Trinità for a while now, and I have to admit their food isn't bad at all, we were actually thinking about ordering it there today too. As I said, their pizzas are good, among the best in Schio, certainly the best takeout in the area, but the problem is another. It seems the owners want to conduct a sort of loyalty test with their customers, a test that, I must admit, I've passed several times myself. This test consists of the impossibility of getting a connection, as it's almost always busy, regardless of the time, day, month, season, or anything else you can imagine. There are few certainties in life, one of which is finding the line busy and then having to wait dozens and dozens of minutes trying to get through. And if by some miracle you do get through, you have to hope they answer, which is by no means a given. This evening we called about 150 times—78 from me and 77 from other phones—to no avail. In fact, we managed to get through once, but the pizzeria didn't answer. It's strange to think that a company whose very purpose is to attract as many customers as possible to make more money would actually do the opposite. At least we passed the test, thank you, Pizzeria Trinità. I ​​strongly recommend getting another line.

05/11/2025: I've only ordered a couple of times, and I've had a really good experience! Pizza has become a luxury item in Schio these days, and it's usually plain and bland. But at this pizzeria, I found a fresh, sweet tomato sauce, well-cooked and well-leavened dough, and excellent quality ingredients. I'm holding off on giving it 5 stars only because I want to see how it fares in the long run, but for now, everything seems excellent.

19/10/2025: Here in Naples, there's not even a hint of pizza dough or tradition. It's a common pizza eaten in the provinces.

13/11/2025: The pizza deserves more than 5 stars, but the service definitely doesn't. Home delivery is standard and perpetually delayed. When ordering, they always give 30-40 minutes for delivery, but the number of times they've met this deadline is rare. Today, they announced a technical issue with a delay in delivery 20 minutes after the time indicated on the order (and already there...), and they arrived after another 30 minutes. A total of 1.5 hours of waiting for two pizzas.

22/07/2025: Everything was good, the prices were very low and accessible to everyone, the pizzas were delicious. The service was excellent and the staff were very kind. The only thing was that the potatoes were undercooked.

20/02/2026: I'd been there many years ago and remembered the food being good, and it's remained that way. There's a bar for aperitifs, which are very well-made with a variety of snacks, and the service is pleasant and fast. I haven't seen the rooms, so I can't rate them. Overall, it's worth it.

21/01/2026: The atmosphere is refined yet classic, nothing like the ultramodern, gleaming restaurants, even with the limited number of tables. The all-you-can-eat dinner menu costs €22.90, a good price, or you can order à la carte. The staff is friendly and attentive. We appreciated the quality of the dishes, especially the grilled shrimp skewers, which are special. In addition to Chinese and Japanese dishes, there's a selection of Thai dishes, but unfortunately I didn't find the Pad Thai. Recommended for a casual, intimate, and quiet evening.

05/01/2026: Dinner with friends, 11 people. The place was practically empty, except for 5 tables, but there were pizza orders. We, who had ordered the food, waited over an hour. After 50 minutes, I asked if they could at least serve children's food (sausage and fries). We had mostly ordered almost identical dishes (4 tagliata, 2 bigoli with duck, 1 with ragù, and 1 spaghetti allo scoglio, plus the 2 children's dishes of sausage), so I don't see what the problem was. We didn't order different dishes for each person. The place was clean, but it was cold inside. We left a lot of money down, and not even a single amaro was offered at the end of the dinner.

12/12/2025: After a few years of frequenting the pizzeria, I can say that the service is beyond poor. The waiters are distracted and disorganized. You have to be careful: if you order a dish or drink that isn't available, the waiter doesn't change your order but adds the change to the dish or drink. And in the end, you end up with something that wasn't on the menu on your bill. It's happened twice already. Be careful. The last time I went to the cashier, there was a gentleman complaining that an incorrect addition to his pizza had been added to his bill.
