13/07/2025: It was already 9:30, and that evening many years ago, my father, returning from a Sunday trip to the mountains, decided to stop by this pizzeria by chance to buy me a slice of pizza (at the time it was called Pizza New). That time he had chosen an unusual (for me) flavor: baked potatoes and sausage. Over the years, always returning from our daily mountain hikes, it became a regular stop, and every time tradition dictated stopping and enjoying this delicious pizza. One year my father took me here to celebrate my birthday ❤️ because I loved it so much. And for a mountain enthusiast, ending a beautiful day with a stop at my favorite pizzeria—how could it not be a happy day?
Gradually, as I grew older, I moved from individual slices to whole pizzas, and now my perfect combo is with a piece of that delicious speck focaccia, which I grab while the pizza is baking.
Over the years, I've watched this pizzeria slowly transform, noticing every little change, but one thing has always remained the same: the pizza!
Every time I stop by, the potatoes and sausage always have the same wonderful, unmistakable aroma and flavor. It's so good that even when I'm full, I want to eat another slice.
The best pizza ever (for me)!
A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making me so happy every time, just like when I tried it that first evening with Mom and Dad!

10/09/2025: Passing by for a snack, I didn't want a sandwich, so I was offered a classic toastie with cheese and ham, with no other options.
Moral of the story: 16 minutes of waiting for a toastie.
My tea arrived at 11:15, and the toastie at 11:32.
It certainly wasn't worth it; a girl at the counter who looked like the manager was busy chatting with the customers; I guess she forgot the toastie.

16/11/2025: I was a guest at a birthday dinner. The food was good, and the beers were good. My only complaint was that they served a burnt steak, which was then replaced after I reported it to the waitress.
I'd say it was good.
16/11/2025: Beautiful location, great for families. Unfortunately, the service wasn't up to par: we booked for 7:15 PM (and the restaurant opens to the public at 7 PM). When we arrived, the parking lot was appropriately crowded, and there were many people waiting in line for tables. Unfortunately, the reception staff at the entrance, instead of letting those with reservations in and seating them first, only allowed those who were first in line to sit, thus causing delays and dissatisfaction among many customers. Only after we reported the issue did another member of staff intervene and try to remedy the situation. I don't think we'll return, just out of respect. We also found a sliver of a broken plate on the child's plate; luckily, he noticed it while chewing and spat it out. We reported the matter to the manager, who was willing to listen and very kind.
A separate issue: the food: everything was very good, nothing to complain about!

Like you, I was eagerly awaiting your response, having read other recent reviews from dissatisfied customers and, consequently, your sometimes scathing comments. Certainly, with my review, I'm not asking you to acquire the ability to read minds, but perhaps to adopt an alternative approach to customer service... perhaps by repeatedly asking, "Who booked?", and thus better managing the flow of customers. I spoke of respect, because the good Lorenzo, after our complaints, didn't offer even the slightest apology. He faked a smile accompanied by a wish for a good evening, which, in my opinion, almost seemed like a joke (but it was certainly my impression, dictated by my desire to sit down and dine). Your apologies, however, were timely and, in my opinion, sincere. I'll just point out that the "incriminated" dish wasn't remade because it wasn't requested and unnecessary, but was simply rightfully removed from the bill.
I'm not a "the customer is always right" person, as I've served thousands of customers, even annoying ones, over the course of nearly 10 years (in à la carte seafood restaurants). This is a circumstance that obviously neither you nor your staff can know. Precisely because of this, you should take the necessary precautions and always be courteous, as you never know who you're about to serve at any given moment...perhaps someone unfamiliar with the job, or perhaps someone who has worked or still works in hospitality. For example, at my table was a woman who has owned and managed her own bar for 15 years...
Beyond this, the review expresses a personal opinion, which remains such...with the right of reply that you deserve. I gave the food almost the highest rating, and I also had kind words for you, precisely because we appreciated how you handled the situation—that is, meeting in person at the table and apologizing in person. Sometimes you don't need superpowers, just a little humanity and sincerity, which you've demonstrated.
I'm sorry if I've gone on too long in my comment, but I wanted to clarify these points to avoid misunderstandings. For the rest, I wish you the best in your work, with the hope that your collaborators may see in you a leader from whom they can draw inspiration and perhaps even try to match their work.

27/11/2025: I ordered pizzas on the spot to have them delivered. The scheduled time was 7:30. They arrived at 7:48. One pizza was missing. They told me I'd have it made right away and come back. After 40 minutes, nothing. No apologies, or a "sorry," or we'd offer it due to the mix-up. Disappointing.
15/11/2025: Disgraceful, they take a mountain of orders and then you attack. Before 7pm we order pizzas for home delivery at 8pm. At 8:20pm no one has shown up yet, we call out, "They're coming!" "When did they leave?" "7:40pm" is a five-minute drive, it seems true... moral of the story, they arrived at 8:40pm cold and hard, but they all wanted the money. Pizza was nothing special, terrible service. Furthermore, even if you order ahead of time and go to pick it up, they won't make it until you go there to pay, regardless of the agreed-upon time. If you want a mediocre pizza, go there; if you're in a hurry or want something good, don't!

09/11/2025: We were there with friends. The restaurant has a very large dining room.
It was crowded, but we found an available table.
We read the menu and asked to order. The waiter immediately told us that two of the three daily specials were sold out.
So some of the group, who had chosen dishes that were no longer available, switched to dishes from the traditional menu.
Well, when it came time to receive the first dishes, I was told that one of the dishes ordered (tripe parmigiana) was out of stock. I was asked to order another main course, which I declined. One of the diners (who had ordered an appetizer and a first course) only received the appetizer, and after pointing out to the wait staff that the first course he had ordered was missing, we were told... "I'm sorry, but it's sold out." A truly shameful thing.... Even more so when it came to the bill, we pointed out the serious omissions, and we were arrogantly told, "Even the best make mistakes, never mind..."
I do not recommend it and we will never return to this place again.
13/10/2025: The wait times were galactic, the polenta didn't even touch the salt, the grilled vegetables on the side were cold and didn't even touch the grill. The only positive note was the company of the flies happily circling around you... one was like an Apache helicopter... a lovely evening, in short! The bill... I'm sure I'll lose.

31/01/2025: Era da tanto che non tornavo in questa pizzeria ben nota in zona e credo che non tornerò mai più.
Il posto è bello per carità ma sopravvalutato, tempi di attesa biblici per mangiare un foglio di giornale poco cotto e farcito di ingredienti di primo prezzo. Pensavo di consolarmi con la birra ma nemmeno quella era decente. Consiglio: meno listini kilometri che non servono a niente e maggior qualità. C'è molto di meglio in giro. 🤷

22/07/2025: Eravamo coppie di amici con bimbi al seguito. Con prenotazione. Arriviamo ci fanno accomodare e ci portano i listini. Passa tempo, intanto le persone che arrivano dopo vengono fatte accomodare e viene preso l’ordine. Faccio presente a una cameriera che noi oltre ad essere arrivati per primi abbiamo anche dei bimbi piccoli e mi risponde che avrebbe mandato il collega. Peccato che il collega invece di prendere il nostro ordine va da altri clienti. Finalmente ordiniamo 4 pizze e due salsicce per i bimbi. Dopo quasi un’ora ci servono. La pizza non era malvagia. Però i tempi di attesa e la mancanza di attenzione del personale vanno migliorati. Se la pizza fosse stata buona forse avrei dato una seconda possibilità ma con questi presupposti mi dispiace ma non ci torneremo più! 4 pizze, 2 salsicce, una Coca-Cola, un the e 3 birre da mezzo 86€
30/05/2025: Prenotato per una serata con amici, posto consigliato da mio marito perché l'ultima volta era rimasto contento. Locale un po datato ma accogliente, un cameriere gentilmente ci ha fatto subito accomodare. Premetto che eravamo i primi clienti della serata e nonostante ciò abbiamo aspettato 50 minuti prima che arrivasse il mangiare. Abbiamo ordinato 5 fritture e una costata. Per quanto riguarda le fritture, sicuramente non da pesce fresco ma surgelata, gli anelli sembravano ciunga e la costata si sentiva bene che non era fresca ma era stata scongelato perché sapeva proprio da congelatore. Consiglio vivamente di usare più prodotti freschi, allora forse avrete anche più gente, perché io sinceramente sono rimasta un po delusa e sicuramente se tornassi proverei la pizza per vedere se almeno quella è buona. Peccato.
