07/12/2024: I ask for a coffee and toast. I am served a very acidic coffee (this is probably a coincidence... I can't think that it is the coffee that is regularly served to customers, I also had 3 of my friends taste it to remove any doubts and they all confirmed that it was very acidic) . So far everything is ok; I return it and ask to do it again. I am accused by the barista of knowing nothing about coffee and he reminds me that coffee is bitter and what he served me was not acidic in his opinion. In the end I never got a coffee back and to make matters worse I had to pay for it after always arguing with the barista. I concluded by saying that I would have paid for the coffee because apparently it makes a difference to them, but not to me. I've never been treated like this in a bar, ever. I have drunk coffee all over Italy and practically all over Europe and I assure you that if that is the coffee you sell it is the worst in the world. Never again. Answer: I always take coffee without sugar, which is why I know for a fact that that coffee wasn't normal, then for the example of chocolate you really got the wrong person because I love chocolate that has at least 80% cocoa, the rest is to my taste I don't appreciate it personally. The discussion of education was also nice considering that I didn't use a single term or any rude way. I'm sorry but you made a fool of yourself today

02/12/2024: Sono stato tre volte in questo splendido locale. Ci sono stato da non stellato e poi da stellato. Tutto è perfetto e se devo cercare il pelo nell'uovo, i tempi di attesa sono un po' lunghi. Comunque accettabili perchè certi piatti hanno bisogno di tempo per scire. E allora perchè 4 pallini e non 5? Perchè dalla volta precedente all visita più recente il listino è schizzato : e se l'aumento è la stella per me non è una ragione.

19/10/2024: Da anni mi servo in questa pizzeria,la pizza è buona , il prezzo adeguato e il servizio a casa nella media. Ma da qualche mese non è più così: sono disorganizzati, le pizze arrivano con ingredienti mancanti( ma pagati), fatto presente più volte e non hanno pensato minimamente di fare uno sconto sull'ordine nuovo ... Ma stasera hanno toccato il fondo: Ordino le pizze alle 18, consegna ore 19. A fine chiamata chiedo anche l'importo in modo da agevolare chi la porta. Saluto e confermo orario. Alle 19.20 , non vedendo nessuno,telefono. La ragazza mi dice che non arriverà nessuna pizza perché è caduta la linea e non ha scritto l'indirizzo. Le dico che ultimamente non mi chiedono più l'indirizzo perché sono una cliente abituale, quindi la cosa non mi era parsa strana, inoltre la linea non è caduta perché ho confermato orario e importo. Inoltre le dico che poteva richiamarmi, visto che aveva dei dubbi. Mi risponde che non ricordava il mio nome.....ma il numero in ogni caso le esce!!!! Chiedo quanto tempo ci vuole x fare le pizze , mi risponde un'ora!!!! Un'ora?! Fate cavolate e poi non mi date neanche la precedenza mettendomi in lista come se l'ordine fosse stato fatto in quel momento?!?! Cambiate il personale o non sarò l'unica cliente abituale che perdete.
