08/12/2024: I ate at Pippo's with some friends for lunch, there were six of us. We had an appetizer of mixed cold cuts, two Florentine steaks and two ribs. The meat was really good, especially the Spanish ribeye. Excellent! The homemade dessert was also very good, I had a Catalan cake. We took some bottles separately. Price in line with the place and the area. The place, perhaps, could use a refresh. The staff was courteous, professional and kind. Honorable mention to the host Pippo, an excellent cook and restaurateur.

Everyone does what they want in their own home (rightly so). Owner far from friendly, of few words and those few almost rude. In response to the manager who replied a few minutes ago: Dear Sir, I only had the pleasure of speaking to you once, at the checkout, so if someone said the same things to you N times, it certainly wasn't me. Sometimes we exchange opinions on wines and other things, the wine that I like might not please her. If you don't like talking to your customers, put up a 'do not disturb me' sign.
