17/05/2026: Super friendly service! Not pushy like in some other restaurants in Italy. The waiters waited until everyone had finished eating and didn't clear your plate as soon as you'd finished your last bite, still holding your cutlery.
The food was delicious; we had fish and pasta. Excellent value for money, better than right at the main promenade. The view was fantastic, right on the lake! Definitely recommended!

We moved from a small bar nearby due to the lack of friendliness and found a really lovely, secluded spot just a stone's throw from the lake.
The girls were very kind and polite and greeted us with a smile (a detail that makes a big difference).
The bill was fair, and we'd love to come back for an aperitif as soon as possible.
Thank you again for your kindness and warm welcome.
28/04/2026: A great bar, a lovely little family...Tiziano, Asia and their mother, plus a sweet Collie...we enjoyed a cappuccino and a relaxing drink in a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very hospitable...we'll be back...Greetings, Ute, Toni and Aby

22/06/2026: Discovered last night thanks to some friends of ours, the place is fantastic, stunning view, very good first courses with a wide selection, good second courses too but not much choice, very kind owners, super reasonable prices.
21/06/2026: A charming location overlooking the lake, yet at the same time, you feel like you can touch it. The food is good, the starters and meats are worth two themed evenings.

14/10/2025: We wanted to have dinner there yesterday around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant was just opening. Unfortunately, a not-so-motivated employee told us that we couldn't get in without a reservation. The reason for this wasn't clear, so we went somewhere else to eat. About an hour and a half later, we walked past again, and there were only a few seats occupied. Apparently, they don't feel the need to serve guests without reservations. What a shame!

01/06/2026: Lovely bar, lovely view, great simple menu for snacks, awful service from a grumpy, sullen waitress. Ignored our table for as long as she could, eventually served us then after we had ordered panini she threw them across the table to us and tutted for some reason.
We won’t be going back there which is a shame as it would be a good little place had it not been for her terrible attitude.
24/05/2026: We stopped here for an aperitif. The drinks were delicious. They also offered small snacks (chips, peanuts, crackers). We didn't eat anything else.
Unfortunately, the staff weren't very friendly.

01/10/2025: We've eaten there several times. The pizza/pasta and salads are delicious, and I highly recommend the wines and desserts! The service was always very friendly, and you simply pay at the cash register, where a bill is brought to your table. 😉 No problem with waiting for the bill.
26/09/2025: Traditional restaurant by the lake. Public parking nearby. The interior is worth a visit. Efficient service. My wife praised the fish. I recommend the house rosé. Average prices.

28/02/2026: Despite the large group, the service was fast, the food was excellent, the portions generous, and the staff friendly and helpful. If I had to find a flaw, parking can be difficult.
I recommend it.
22/02/2026: I'm giving one star because it can't be any less. I went to lunch today and the food was really bad. I assure you that my dog eats better. It's a shame because the place is also nice. I don't recommend anyone to dine here 🤗

What a wonderful and romantic hotel! Albergo Gardenia offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spotless every day, with fresh towels provided daily. The breakfast is truly outstanding – luxurious, varied, and prepared with great care. Everything about this place is just right. Highly recommended!
