02/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience with Billa Pizza Kebab was extremely disappointing. I placed an order through Deliveroo for a pizza and a portion of fries, for a total of about €10, but the service and quality of the food were far below expectations. The order arrived more than 15 minutes later than expected, and from that alone, you could tell something was wrong. The pizza was completely cold, with a hard, chewy crust, practically inedible. The fries, which were supposed to be medium-sized, arrived in a small portion and were undercooked. I also tried contacting the phone number provided to report the problem, but no one answered, demonstrating a complete lack of customer service. Considering the poor quality of the food, the delay in delivery, and the lack of customer service, I consider this place one of the worst I've ever been to. Avoid absolutely.

31/10/2025: I ordered on delivero, it arrived 20 MINUTES LATE, and they didn't even bother to answer the phone, after arriving 20 minutes LATE, the food was cold.
