03/04/2024: I came from far away to taste this type of pizza: Truly top... service always kind and attentive... modern and visible environment... I fell in love with a wine (as a former bartender)... the Torque.. .just the scent of flowers, acacia, honey, light, everything melts in your mouth.......taste it....I recommend it and buy it....you won't regret it.I will return.
26/03/2024: It's not even about pizza anymore, it's an experience that must be lived, pure art of baking, different consistencies and doughs for each pizza, then cooked on top to perfection. 3 small pizzas for two people perfect choice.

01/04/2024: what bothered me was when they re-set the tables, a deafening noise with those damned saucers thrown on top of the large plates, unbearable, as if the waitress was doing it on purpose to annoy the diners and none of the colleagues or the owner told her nothing, it means they're used to it, never mind, I won't go there anymore anyway.

29/02/2024: I went to this place with friends, the place is modern rustic at the same time, I like it.
Ate a hamburger 🍔 exceptional, but they also make various courses, all perfectly delicious.
The desserts are delicious, a little expensive but worth it.

24/02/2024: I spent Valentine's Day dinner with my partner at this restaurant.
This is the second time I've been to this place, the first time almost 10 years ago.
We don't go out to eat often and I had good memories of this place.
Upon our arrival we were greeted and shown to our table.
The restaurant is very nice and, as its name suggests, modern in style.
There were 2 Valentine's Day menus on the table.
I chose the meat one composed as follows:
- trio of Garronese Veneta beef tartare (paired with stracciatella and confit cherry tomatoes, Cantambrian anchovies and capers, honey mustard and hazelnuts)
- ravioli with duck stew on bread and pepper cream
- sliced Garronese Veneta beef with rocket and parmesan flakes
- side dish of your choice (I took the fried potatoes)
My partner chose the fish one composed as follows:
- toasted brioche bread with smoked salmon, goat's cheese with pistachio and raspberries
- squid ink lasagnette with prawns
- grilled octopus tentacles on potato cream, cherry tomatoes and olive powder
- side dish of your choice (taken grilled vegetables)
The dishes were almost all very good and some were also very original.
The ravioli dish with bread and pepper cream (let's say our beloved pearà) was truly super, although I would have preferred a few more ravioli to the 4 served. I ate the trio of tartare very heartily. The cut was a little less so, the meat didn't excite me.
My partner was very happy with the dishes she was served.
The only flaw was that my partner found a piece of plastic in the lasagnette. The problem was communicated to the waitress who proceeded to take the dish away and serve another one.
At the checkout the owner apologized and gave us a discount on the total.
All in all we were very happy with the evening, the welcome and the service.

30/03/2024: We had dinner here on Friday evening, what can I say... Congratulations! Great sandwiches and great nuggets. Very friendly staff, helpful and fast.
Definitely one of my happy places!

29/03/2024: I recently stayed at the "Arnold" with a group of friends and I have to say that the experience was a mix of highs and lows.
The restaurant, located in an industrial area outside the city, has a retro American diner atmosphere that immediately captures attention. The small structure, while charming, can feel a little claustrophobic, especially when crowded. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, we were unlucky in arriving during a busy time, and the place was packed with customers. The lack of space and the absence of adequate air circulation made the atmosphere rather oppressive, with a persistent smell of sweat and fried food permeating the environment.
However, despite this inconvenience, the real star of the show at the "Arnold" was the burgers. All of us in the group opted for the burgers and were pleased with both the generous portion size and the delicious flavour. The burgers were succulent and tasty, and the attention to detail in the preparation was evident. Furthermore, the cakes offered for dessert were delicious and ended the meal perfectly.
Ultimately, the "Arnold" is a place where you can enjoy authentic American-style burgers, even if the experience can be compromised by crowding and a less than comfortable environment. If you are looking for a culinary delight without worrying too much about the surrounding atmosphere, this could be the right place for you.

Infinite wine list but fortunately the sommelier helped us choose the correct wine
Obsessive care both in the welcome appetizers, in the ordered dishes and even in the cleaning of the table before dessert.

29/03/2024: Not a "normal" dinner. Already at the reception you realize that it is not a normal dinner/lunch but an experience. You never wait too long, while you wait, entrees are brought to help you prepare for the main courses. Care in plating and above all quality of the raw material.
Very quiet environment, not the usual chaotic restaurant.
Really friendly and extremely helpful staff, the strong point is the service with attention to the smallest details.
Humane account, I recommend it for quality-price.

11/12/2023: Prima era il nostro locale preferito. Caldo, accogliente cibo cinese vario e non solo sushi. Adesso dopo il restyling sono indeciso se definirlo (a causa degli innumerevoli specchi che fanno una luce maledetta) se una citazione dalle ultime scene del film "i tre dell'operazione Drago" o una sala operatoria. Forse tutto per rendere Instagrammabile i piatti che... Non sono granché e pure il tofu è sparito. Questa modernità ossessiva ha peggiorato tutti questi locali fotocopia in cui si è perso (se mai ci fosse stato) il senso della cucina orientale. Peccato perché il personale era adorabile. In più è carissimo. Adieu!

12/02/2024: I went last Saturday for dinner with my wife and friends. I found a fairly spacious place (always better to book to be safe), clean, tidy, with very friendly and fast service.
The pizzas are very varied and good.
The cost is normal (pizza and beer around 15 euros).
Outdoor parking available.
Recommended if you are in the area!!!

Personale molto gentile e veloce nel servire, per essere un menù di mezzogiorno ampie scelta piatti ben presentati e ottimo cibo,sei in zona di sicuro tornerò, prezzo nella media per la qualità di ciò che si mangia
02/01/2024: Si torna con le recensioni, oggi protagonista "Hosteria Moderna" di San Bonifacio!
Questo locale, scoperto grazie al consiglio di un amico veronese con cui sono andato, è una piccola catena di locali veneti (c'è infatti anche a Verona, San Martino Buon Albergo e Padova, per dire) che fanno cucina tradizionale e si trova sulla SR11 (quella che collega Torino con Venezia), rendendolo comunque ben visibile e in una posizione strategica, lavorativamente soprattutto.
Si trova un ambiente molto piccolo ma carino, infatti i coperti saranno poco meno di una decina.
Il menù - presentato sulle tovagliette - è veneto ma con molte influenze di altre cucine italiane e tra le chicche presenta i cicchetti, i tipici stuzzichini veneti, da accompagnare (se temerari come me) con un ottimo gin tonic, una novità mai vista in un ristorante che ho apprezzato molto! Cicchetti che sono farciti in vari modi, alcuni intriganti, tra cui il classico acciughe e burro.
Per quanto riguarda il resto si passa ai burger fino ai primi e secondi tra bigoi (sia tradizionali come ragù di anara che in onore ad altre cucine, come i cacio e pepe), risotto al monte veronese, carne Garronese, stinco, ecc.
Io ho preso il cicchetto acciughe e burro - un mio classico in questo campo! - con un gin tonic e i bigoli con il ragù d'anatra, mentre il mio amico degli interessanti tortelli di burrata: beh, se il cicchetto, nonostante la focaccia un po' asciutta, era godibile, i bigoi erano veramente molto buoni. Una pasta fresca al dente e bella cremosa e un'anatra buona, condimento soddisfacente. Ecco, aumenterei le porzioni per i prezzi proposti... e siate un po' più generosi! ;)
Per quanto riguarda il servizio potrebbe essere migliore: si, abbastanza puntuale e corretto ma io l'ho notato solo un filo freddino...
Prezzo non propriamente da osteria, soprattutto per il quantitativo, ma comunque nella media degli altri ristoranti. I cicchetti vengono 6€, i primi 10-14€ mentre i secondi dai 15 in su: forse il neo sta più sui burger che partono dai 12€ ma possono arrivare anche a quasi 20€. Ok le materie prime... ma è sempre un pane farcito.
Detto questo è consigliato, mi ha saziato ed è stata una bella esperienza!
